A atendente foi muito educada para marcar um orçamento com visita, mas o funcionário que iria na minha casa infelizmente não teve nenhum comprometimento. Marcou comigo uma vez e me deixou esperando sem avisar qualquer coisa. Só no final do dia é que me ligou para remarcar. Na segunda tentativa, mais uma vez me deixou esperando e, de novo, me ligou no final do dia.
Realmente não tenho como insistir depois de tamanho descaso. Uma pena.
I have known the company on instagram for a long time and I have always admired the work for the photos. When I finally got the opportunity to be a customer, I was totally disappointed. The attendant was very polite to set a budget with a visit, but the employee who was going to my house unfortunately had no commitment. He made an appointment with me once and left me waiting without saying anything. Only at the end of the day did he call me to reschedule. On the second try, he once again kept me waiting and, again, called me at the end of the day.
I really can't insist after such neglect. A feather.
