★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento é otimo, bons profissionais, fui muito bem atendida, o unico problema é a estrutura do local, a recepção parece ser improvisada em um local q era pra ser um vestiario, ambulatório ou algo assim, tive q colocar uma roupa pra fazer um exame, a roupa estava jogada em um armario no mesmo lugar da recepção onde era dividido por uma cortina, tive q passar no meio no meio dessa "recepção" para fazer as trocas d roupa, achei mt constrangedor.
 The service is great, good professionals, I was very well attended, the only problem is the structure of the place, the reception seems to be improvised in a place that was supposed to be a locker room, clinic or something like that, I had to put on some clothes to make one examination, the clothes were thrown in a closet in the same place as the reception where it was divided by a curtain, I had to go through the middle of this "reception" to change clothes, I found it embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos muito bem atendidos, tanto por telefone, quanto pelo whatsapp, nos orientaram para solicitar que o médico colocasse data no pedido, depois disso foi tudo rápido, para o convênio liberar!
Ficamos cerca de 40 minutos, a qualidade do exame, profissional excelente, tanto que o ortopedista elogiou! Obrigada,recomendo !
We were very well attended, both by phone and by whatsapp, they guided us to ask the doctor to put a date on the request, after that everything was quick, for the agreement to release!
We stayed for about 40 minutes, the quality of the exam, excellent professional, so much so that the orthopedist praised it! Thank you, I recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, porém, as imagens de ressonância são de baixa qualidade. O ortopedista me mostrou como estão borradas, levando à dúvida. Vou refazê-las em outro lugar.
Great service, however, the MRI images are of low quality. The orthopedist showed me how blurry they are, leading to doubt. I will redo them elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente experiência, o atendimento telefônico e por Whatsapp muito rápido, as informações e orientações são claras. Tempo de espera bom, atendimento da equipe que realizou a RM do crânio, por questões de segurança do paciente, após o procedimento precisei aguardar cerca de 30min, o médico foi até a sala de espera verificar se estava tudo ok.
Em relação ao resultado, outro diferencial; as imagens são entregues no dia do exame e o laudo pode ser retirado na internet. Excelente para quem mora em Guarulhos assim como eu. Isso se chama respeito ao paciente.
Excellent experience, very fast telephone and whatsapp service, information and guidelines are clear. Good waiting time, assistance from the team that performed the MRI of the skull, for patient safety reasons, after the procedure I had to wait about 30 minutes, the doctor went to the waiting room to check if everything was ok.
In relation to the result, another differential; the images are delivered on the day of the exam and the report can be retrieved on the internet. Excellent for those who live in Guarulhos like me. This is called respect for the patient.
