★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento fraco pelo telefone... Liguei em dois números diferentes e só atendeu no terceiro número depois de várias tentativas... E às 11:35, não tinha vendedor para passar orçamento e nem pegaram meu número para retornar o contato... Fraco fraco ??

Compramos a vista um granito para a sala e foi entregue com as quinas todas quebradas, solicitamos a troca e esta foi realizada, mas foram trocadas por pedras cortadas completamente fora de esquadro, tortas, com dimensões diferentes tornando impossível o assentamento. O problema ainda não foi resolvido. Enquanto isso tenho pagado pedreiro a toa, argamassas desperdiçadas e o prejuízo se torna maior a cada dia. Lamentável.
I definitely don't recommend it. We bought a granite for the room and it was delivered with the corners all broken, we requested the exchange and it was done, but they were exchanged for stones cut completely out of square, crooked, with different dimensions making the settlement impossible. The problem has not yet been solved. In the meantime, I have been paying masons for nothing, wasted mortars and the damage is getting bigger every day. Unfortunate.

A vendedora de nome Marlene nos indicou um pedreiro de confiança como se fosse indicação da empresa, quando descobrimos o pedreiro era seu irmão de baixíssima qualificação para o trabalho, fora que algumas pedras vieram fora das dimensões pedidas. Foi uma das piores dores de cabeça que tive em minha vida e nunca mais passo nem na porta desta empresa.
Terrible! I don't recommend it to anyone. The saleswoman named Marlene indicated us a trusted bricklayer as if it were an indication of the company, when we discovered the bricklayer was her brother with very low qualifications for the job, except that some stones came outside the dimensions requested. It was one of the worst headaches I have had in my life and I never walk by this company again.
