 The staff says that the service is bad, they are really rough. But they are honest, they know what they do and they charge a fair price for a job well done! I always take my bike there because I trust their work 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente que manja de bike de verdade! São justos no diagnóstico, não exploram o cliente com problemas inexistentes ou coisas que não precisam ser trocadas. Confio 100% na hora de pensar em peças novas; tb só faço a manutenção de minhas bikes lá.
People who really ride bikes! They are fair in the diagnosis, do not exploit the client with nonexistent problems or things that do not need to be changed. I trust 100% when it comes to thinking about new parts; tb only do the maintenance of my bikes there.

I called to ask to assemble my bike, the person was super rude, it seems I was asking for a favor, bad phone service, I will not take my bike to professionals in this standard of care!
