★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, parece que eles estão fazendo um favor para o condumidor. Fui comprar uma cadeirinha infantil, mas só tinha a do mostruário o funcionário me falou que ia pedir um novo e que chegava no mesmo dia, queria deixar a bicicleta, mas segundo o funcionário era mais rápido eu volta no dia seguinte do que deixar a bike lá, não entendi a lógica. Volte no dia seguinte, mas a cadeirinha novas não chegou, está em falta. Resolvi colocar a do mostruário , por que meu filho estava louco pra andar, mas para minha supresa, a loja não tinha mais o bagageiro!!! Detalhe o funcionário falou que abria as 9h00, mas só abriu as 10h00, fiquei 1 hora esperando. Palhaçada!
 Pessimo attendance, it seems that they are doing a favor for the consumer. I went to buy a child seat, but there was only the one in the showcase, the employee told me he was going to order a new one and that he would arrive the same day, he wanted to leave the bike, but according to the employee it was quicker that I return the next day than leaving the bike there, I didn't understand the logic. Come back the next day, but the new seat didn't arrive, it's missing. I decided to put the one on the showcase, because my son was crazy to walk, but to my surprise, the store no longer had the luggage rack !!! Detail the employee said it opened at 9 am, but only opened at 10 am, I was waiting for 1 hour. Clowning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito do atendimento. Sempre que chego lá é pq deu algum problema na bike e, apesar de sempre ser pequenos reparos, eles fazem de forma prestativa e buscam ajudar sempre da melhor forma
I really like the service. Whenever I get there it is because there was a problem with the bike and, although there are always minor repairs, they do it in a helpful way and always try to help in the best way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O rapaz foi bem folgado comigo, falando de qualquer jeito, só porque estava com fome (problema dele), quando liguei perguntei o horário de funcionamento e ninguém falou a pausa para o almoço.
E na hora de ir embora ele soltou piadinha, quero ver se tivesse com algum cara maior pra ele apanhar! Péssimo funcionário.
The boy was very relaxed with me, speaking anyway, just because he was hungry (his problem), when I called I asked about the opening hours and nobody spoke about the lunch break.
And when he left, he cracked a joke, I want to see if he had a bigger guy to catch him! Bad employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hj domingo dia 16/05/21 trocar uma câmara de ar, a moça que atendeu até que foi gentil, mas o mecânico sem vontade alguma, parece que vc tá pedindo favor, sem contar que pra tirar dois parafuso pra tirar um par de rodinhas de bicicleta cobrou 10 reais, mas tudo bem que fosse 20, o problema é a má vontade .

The woman is very kind and now there's a guy who looks like he's dying doing it out of obligation, he doesn't say anything I liked the service, but not calm, ill will, it seems like he's making fun of you, KKK never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Horrível, liguei perguntando quanto custava a peça e a mão de obra e até que horas eles ficariam abertos, me responderam e quando cheguei no local fui frustrado com a seguinte resposta, eu disse que cobrava x valor, mas nao que iria pegar para fazer hoje... Atendimento ruim e ignorancia do rapaz, péssimo! Nao recomendo se quiserem Atendimento.
Horrible service, I called asking how much the part and labor cost and until what time they would be open, they answered me and when I arrived at the place I was frustrated with the following answer, I said I charged x value, but not that I would take it to do it today... Bad service and ignorance of the guy, terrible! I do not recommend if you want service.
