Vou no pequena causas e entrar com ação de danos morais. Alem de tudo são mau-criados e grosseiros. Isso não pode continuar, é uma total falta de respeito. Onde estão as leis desse PAIS?

Essa cobrança deles são de dívidas não executadas por instituições financeiras e vendidas a essa empresas, que agem a margem da lei, pois para poder vender a divida o devedor deveria assinar concordando, e em 110% dos casos eles não tem isso então por isso agem agressivamente para intimidar a pessoa e a mesma pagar mesmo não sendo válida a cobrança.

Their collection is for debts not executed by financial institutions and sold to these companies, which act outside the law, because in order to sell the debt the debtor should sign in agreement, and in 110% of cases they do not have it, so that's why they act aggressively to intimidate the person into paying even if the charge is not valid.
