Por conta de um torcicolo estou tomando Tramadol e ao ir para o trabalho, dentro do ônibus comecei a sentir tontura e a suar frio como se minha pressão tivesse caído. Ao chegar no Acaiaca, passei na Minascor e perguntei se eles poderiam medir minha pressão pois eu estava sentindo os sintomas acima descrito. Então fui informada pela secretária que para medir minha pressão, eu teria que marcar uma consulta. Era só medir minha pressão, coisa que qualquer farmácia faz.

Se o paciente acha que a consulta é demorada, porque o médico é super criterioso, nos atende com carinho e simpatia, analisa tudo minuciosamente. Prefiro esperar um pouco no consultório do que ser atendido num piscar de olhos. A Secretária Adriana é uma educação de pessoa, super atenciosa e solícita. Super recomendo, médico fantástico!
Dr. Silamar is the best cardiologist in Belo Horizonte. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridículo e desrespeitoso com os clientes. Havia agendado um teste ergométrico para 9h30, às 10h me informam que o médico está atrasado e que ele "liga pra avisar" quando está chegando. Funcionários não têm a decência de te comunicar atraso. Sala de espera lotada. Todos os pacientes conseguiram chegar antes do horário marcado, fica a pergunta de POR QUE O PROFISSIONAL DA EMPRESA NÃO CONSEGUE ATENDER NO HORÁRIO MARCADO??? Cultura do atraso tolerada, mais uma vez médicos não sofrem punição nenhuma por isso.
Não indico a clínica, não indico os profissionais.
Total e completo descaso e desrespeito com quem se programa para chegar no horário marcado.
Se for a sua única opção, não se programe para nenhum outro compromisso após a consulta ou atendimento, porque irá atrasar e você fatalmente vai perder o dia.
