★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super mal atendido ,funcionários na correira pra irem embora fizeram o balanceamento do meu carro de qualquer forma ,dois dias seguinte levei o carro no meu mecânico e o msm conferiu segundo meu pedido e de fato estava mal balanceado as rodas ,um descaso total com os usuários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo. Fui trocar 2 pneus, só me estressei, demorou mais de 3 horas pra fazer somente a troca dos pneus. Depois na hora de fazer o alinhamento, fui informado que tinha que fazer a cambagem pois estava ruim. Solicitei ao funcionário o laudo por escrito, porém foi negado, eu deveria confiar no que o funcionário estava dizendo. Então solicitei que colocassem os meus pneus de volta e que não queria mais o serviço. Então fui informado que deveria pagar por vários serviços. Então pessoal não aconselham comprar nessa loja.
Horrible, I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy. I went to change 2 tires, I just got stressed, it took more than 3 hours to do just the tire change. Then, when it was time to do the alignment, I was informed that I had to do the camber because it was bad. I asked the employee for the report in writing, but it was denied, I should trust what the employee was saying. So I asked them to put my tires back and that I didn't want the service anymore. Then I was informed that I had to pay for various services. So people don't advise buying from this store.
