★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento excelente todos muito educados e atenciosos. Um dos melhores serviços técnicos que já vi. Porem tive problemas desde o primeiro dia que coloquei. Antes eu recomendava pq achei achei que resolveriam meu problema. Porem sempre a internet de 30 MEGAS oscilava ou estava ruim ou nem tinha internet. Dias depois cancelei. Cansei de tanta enganação. A gente confia quando um vendedor te garante uma coisa boa. E no fim só passa é raiva.
 Excellent service, all very polite and attentive. One of the best technical services I have ever seen. However I had problems since the first day I put it. Before I recommended it because I thought it would solve my problem. However, the 30 MEGAS internet always fluctuated or was bad or had no internet. Days later I canceled. I got tired of so much deception. We trust when a seller guarantees you a good thing. And in the end it just goes away is anger.

Agora a queda na conexão é constate , oscilação absurda , e sempre ou é fibra arrebentada ou seu roteador ! A internet só da para usar na parte da manhã passou de meio dia esquece ! Se tiverem outra opção não coloquem essa M**** de internet !
I already have this internet for almost 2 years, at first it worked perfectly, after a while I had several problems. Now the drop in connection is constate, absurd oscillation, and always is either fiber blasted or your router! The internet just to use in the morning spent half a day forget! If you have another option do not put this M **** from the internet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mês da dia 05 a minha internet começa uma oscilação absurda, agr estou sem internet tento ligar não consigo no número que está informando o site, não tenho uma resposta descente, aqui responde rapido mais no Whatsapp não responde. Estou sem internet des de quinta feira e de acordo com as minhas contas as faturas estão todas em dia como Eu posso provar e se não estava pq ngm me ligou avisando, pra min estava tudo certo. Infelizmente a experiência com essa internet está sendo péssima , posso estar errada mais a falta de suporte incomoda bastante tmb
Every month on the 5th my internet starts to fluctuate absurdly, agr i'm without internet i try to call i can't get to the number that is informing the site, i don't have a decent answer, here it responds faster but on whatsapp does not respond. I have no internet since thursday and according to my accounts the invoices are all up to date as I can prove and if it wasn't because ngm called to let me know, everything was fine for me. Unfortunately the experience with this internet has been terrible , I could be wrong but the lack of support bothers a lot too
