★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cafe da manha so entre 8 e 9 horas... estou com fome... suites sujos, nao segue protocolos do covid19... posso ate chamar policia... niguem me perguntou indentidade na entrada, acredito que isso e tao grave que o estabelecimento pode ser interditado pela vigilencia sanitaria e protecao de abusos de crianças (menores de idades)... nao sei ainda o que vou falar na saida. os funcionarios nao sao responsaveis por isso nao... sao os donos que tem todas as responsabilidades. sera que vou ter que chamar policia na saida...
breakfast is only between 8 and 9 am... I'm hungry... dirty suites, not following covid19 protocols... I can even call the police... no one asked me for my ID at the entrance, I believe this is so serious that the establishment may be closed due to health surveillance and protection from child abuse (underage children)... I still don't know what I'm going to say on the way out. the employees are not responsible for that no... it is the owners who have all the responsibilities. Will I have to call the police on the way out...

Foi uma experiência bem diferente, Ficamos em um quarto que tem piscina e hidromassagem e gostamos muito! Ficamos com receio de pedir um jantar, mas como estávamos bem cansados do dia, pedimos a janta no hotel mesmo e a comida é simplesmente deliciosa pedimos o filé a medalhão. O Café da manhã é no quarto mesmo sem contato com ninguém e bem sortido! sem falar do pessoal da recepção que foram bem atenciosos e prestativos. Vocês estão de parabéns, Amamos o local e com certeza nós voltaremos!
We went to Sobral for work, my husband and I, and recommended by a friend of ours, we chose the Diplomata hotel to spend 2 nights. It was a very different experience. We stayed in a room with a pool and whirlpool and we liked it a lot! We were afraid to order dinner, but as we were quite tired from the day, we ordered dinner at the hotel and the food is simply delicious, we ordered the medallion filet. Breakfast is in the room even without contact with anyone and well-stocked! not to mention the reception staff who were very attentive and helpful. Congratulations, we love the place and we will definitely come back!
