★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei lá como usuário comum e não podem vender pra usuário, mesmo eu tento sistema instalado em casa por um irresponsável(instalador cadastrado). Só pode comprar se for instalador cadastrado, daí se uma camera, sensor ou qualquer coisa der problema, eu sou obrigado a contratar uma empresa ou outro irresponsável ( instalador cadastrado)pra fazer essa manutenção. Será que pode chamar isso de "venda casada"? Alô decon. Nota zero.
I got there as a regular user and they can't sell it to the user, even I try to install the system at home by an irresponsible (registered installer). You can only buy if you are a registered installer, so if a camera, sensor or anything goes wrong, I am forced to hire a company or other irresponsible person (registered installer) to do this maintenance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho costume de vir até às qualificações do Google mas dessa vez a insatisfação foi tão grande que faço questão. Estou saindo agora dessa loja decepcionado. Primeira vez que vim, a atendente mostrando um descontentamento enorme pra atender, parece que está trabalhando forçado. Pior coisa existe é você chegar em um estabelecimento e não ser bem recebido. Digo isso porque trabalho com comércio, e quando um cliente chega sempre olho para o mesmo, não viro a cara e fico torcendo pra ele não vir até mim. Um funcionário assim não trabalharia pra mim nem se fosse de graça. DECEPCIONADO!
I'm not used to coming to Google's qualifications but this time the dissatisfaction was so great that I insist. I'm leaving this store now disappointed. First time I came, the attendant showing a huge displeasure to answer, it looks like she's working hard. The worst thing is that you arrive at an establishment and not be welcomed. I say this because I work with commerce, and when a client arrives I always look at him, I don't turn away and I keep hoping he doesn't come to me. An employee like that wouldn't work for me even if it were for free. DISAPPOINTED!
