★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência horrível com essa empresa, no primeiro momento o motorista não entrou em contato corretamente no local de entrega e voltou com meu produto para a base, chegando na base ele derrubou o produto e avariou a mercadoria, tive que esperar vários dias pela reposição. Após a reposição, na segunda entrega, fomos vítimas de uma tremenda falta de organização dessa empresa, entregaram a mercadoria no local errado, o motorista completamente sem educação não queria buscar o produto e realizar a entrega no local correto. Após muita dificuldade tive o produto entregue no local correto. Mas no geral a minha experiência com essa empresa foi horrível, só não dei nota 0 porque pelo menos os atendentes são educados.

After much difficulty I had the product delivered to the correct location. But in general my experience with this company was horrible, I just didn't give it a 0 because at least the attendants are polite.

Meu produto chegou de Osasco dia 06/08/2020 em Varginha e eles só vão me entregar em Coqueiral daqui uma semana, sendo que as cidades são basicamente vizinhas, poderiam pelo menos deixar tirar o produto direto da transportadora com as documentações válidas!
I've been trying to talk to them all afternoon and they don't answer!
My product arrived from Osasco on 06/08/2020 in Varginha and they will only deliver me in Coqueiral one week from now, since the cities are basically neighbors, they could at least let me take the product straight from the carrier with valid documentation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível não atualizam dez de 29-10-2021 p rastreamento a encomenda chegou em varginha no dia 29 de outubro de lá pra cá sem notícias até o dia de hj 09-11-2021. Só mostra em trânsito já dava pra ter levado para o Paraguai com todo esse tempo em trânsito.
Horrible do not update Dec of 10-29-2021 p tracking the order arrived in Varginha on October 29 from there to here with no news until today 11-09-2021. Only shows in transit I could have taken them to Paraguay with all that time in transit.
