I CALLED AT THE TRANPOSTADORA AND THEY SAID THAT THEY HAVE NO DEADLINE TO DELIVER, OR TO FIND THE TRANPOSTADORA (IS 131 KM FROM MY CITY), THAT SHOULD HAVE OPENED A CLAIM BEFORE!
I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO HIRED THE COMPANY, I CLAIMED IN THE GRAIN OF PEOPLE (LAST TBEM!) TO WHICH I PURCHASED! WANT TO SAY THAT IF I DO NOT CLAIM I WILL NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCT ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atendem telefone, demoram muito no trânsito das encomendas, o rastreio tem atualização lenta demais. Chamam de entrega expressa mas demora quase dez dias para vir do Espírito Santo para Sul de Minas.
Tentei ligar para apanhar de uma vez, pra não ter que esperar entrega e nem sequer consegui ser atendido.
They don't answer the phone, they take a long time in the transit of orders, the tracking is too slow to update. They call it express delivery but it takes almost ten days to come from Espírito Santo to Sul de Minas.
I tried to call to get it all at once, so I wouldn't have to wait for delivery and I couldn't even be answered.
