★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A compra foi feita na Americanas.com dia 24/11/2020. Agendada para entrega dia 28 de dezembro. Porém as tentativas de entrega foram antes e depois, não foram na data agendada. Nem a americanas nem a direct fazem contato para nova data de agendamento. Nenhum canal de atendimento tem uma resposta. Péssimo atendimento, nenhuma comunicação dos setores responsáveis, gestão precária.
 The purchase was made at Americanas.com on 11/24/2020. Scheduled for delivery on December 28th. However, delivery attempts were before and after, not on the scheduled date. Neither the American nor the direct make contact for a new scheduling date. No service channel has an answer. Bad service, no communication from the responsible sectors, poor management.
