★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mercadoria parada no terminal de RPO sem previsão de entrega. Não atendem telefone. As ligações caem numa central onde só te enrolam. Não estão nem ai pro seu problema. Pessimo atendimento e sem resolução do problema. Não recomendo.
 goods stopped at the RPO terminal without delivery forecast. They don't answer the phone. The connections fall into a central where they just wind you up. They don't care about your problem. Poor service and no problem solving. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendi o cronograma de entrega, a minha mercadoria estava na central de Ribeirão Preto desde o dia 30 mas só me entregaram no dia 05. Porque era a data limite da entrega, simplesmente não faz sentido!!
I didn't understand the delivery schedule, my merchandise had been at the Ribeirão Preto center since the 30th but they only delivered it to me on the 5th. Because it was the deadline for delivery, it just doesn't make sense!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível não entrega no prazo. Nunca mais compro por essa transportadora. Ai vai entrar no chat o atendente pede pra entrar em contato com o remetente e falar pra pedir urgência.
Horrible not delivery on time. I will never buy through this carrier again. Then you will enter the chat, the attendant asks you to contact the sender and ask for urgency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora, meu pedido está desde o dia 1° no filial da minha cidade e eles não fazem questão de me entregar, tentei ligar e não atendem telefone, fui até o local para retirar o produto e alegaram que "não poderiam me dar o produto, pois já pagaram o caminhoneiro para fazer a entrega". Reclamei com a loja que fiz a compra e eles entraram em contato com a TNT que alegou a eles que não entregaram pois não acharam meu endereço, sinceramente, uma transportadora que não encontra endereços, não devia nem estar funcionando, fechem logo e parem de prestar esse desserviço à população.
Bad carrier, my order has been at the branch in my city since the 1st and they don't want to deliver it to me, I tried to call and they don't answer the phone, I went to the place to pick up the product and they claimed that "they couldn't give me the product , as they already paid the truck driver to make the delivery". I complained to the store I made the purchase and they got in touch with TNT who claimed they didn't deliver because they couldn't find my address, honestly, a carrier that doesn't find addresses, it shouldn't even be working, close soon and stop paying this disservice to the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aceitam retirar a própria mercadoria, mentem que não havia ninguém para receber (local fechado, não atendido), demoram para entregar, serviço de rastreamento péssimo, péssimo atendimento pelo telefone. NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA!!
They don't accept to pick up their own merchandise, they lie that there was no one to receive it (closed, unattended location), they take a long time to deliver, terrible tracking service, terrible phone service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima transportadora recentemente comprei algumas mercadorias e a mesma foi recusada em trânsito sem nenhuma explicação, bem que meu filho que trabalhava lá me dizia para nunca meche com esse povo pois a gestão e totalmente desorganizada e incompetente, se pudesse dava menos 5 estrelas.
Bad carrier recently I bought some goods and it was refused in transit without any explanation, well my son who worked there told me never to mess with these people because the management is totally disorganized and incompetent, if I could I would give less 5 stars.
