Eles fazem de tudo pra te cobrar injustamente, inclusive quiseram me cobrar a vistoria no valor de 250,00 reais. E alem disso, o atendimento é pessimo. CORRA DESSE LUGAR

They do everything to unfairly charge you, they even wanted to charge me for the inspection in the amount of 250.00 reais. Also, the service is terrible. RUN FROM THIS PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 2 locações pelo Disk Imóveis e só tenho elogios a fazer, sempre fui bem atendida em tudo que precisei, são prestativos e disponíveis em ajudar nas solicitações.
Li alguma mensagem sobre cobrança de vistoria, porém acredito que não proceda, quando entreguei o imóvel que morava, segui o procedimento de desocupação informado, estive no dia marcado para a vistoria e entreguei o imóvel limpo e nas mesma condições recebidas, sendo assim não tive nenhum problema, acredito que algum tipo de problema ocorra quando não é cumprido a parte que nos cabe como inquilinos.
I have 2 rentals through Disk Imóveis and I have nothing but praise to do, I have always been well attended to in everything I needed, they are helpful and available to help with requests.
I read a message about the inspection charge, but I believe it does not proceed, when I delivered the property that I lived in, I followed the vacancy procedure informed, I was on the day scheduled for the inspection and I delivered the property clean and in the same conditions received, so I did not have no problem, I believe that some kind of problem occurs when the part that falls to us as tenants is not fulfilled.
