Liguei pedindo esfirra e só depois de quase 3h chegou o pedido , liguei no estabelecimento e fui atendida com maior grosseria e pior ainda desligaram na minha cara e não disseram nada.
Horrible,
I called asking for sfirra and only after almost 3h the order arrived, I called in the establishment and I was attended with more rudeness and worse they hung up on me and said nothing.

Quando chegar tem sempre a surpresa.massa crua .....e queimada por cima...... Por ser tratar de alimentação.tem que ter um pouco mas de consideração.com nós consumidores......
Our service is fast but .. delivery never arrives on time. Always your time for more .... besides never arriving on time. When you arrive you always have the surprise… raw dough ..... and burnt on top …… For being about food… you have to have a little bit of consideration with us consumers ……

Não me entregaram me pediram 1:40 com 2 horas liguei e me disseram que ainda estavam montando o pedido ,obs um amigo meu tbm pediu lá e eu por indicação eu pedi tbm ,já havia acontecido a msm coisa comigo em uma outra vez, péssimo atendimento ,estou saindo de casa pra pegar algo na rua
I can't say if it's good or not. They did not deliver me they asked me 1:40 with 2 hours I called and they told me that they were still assembling the order, note a friend of mine also asked there and I by indication I asked too, the same thing had happened to me in another time, terrible I am leaving home to pick up something on the street

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 03 /10/2020. Fizemos um pedido de uma pizza às 20:50 com 1 hora e 30 minutos de prazo para entrega. Com 2h após pedido feito retornamos a ligação e informaram q a pizza ainda estava na pizzaria. Resumindo a entrega demorou 3 horas, a pizza veio fria e esquisita.
Ja tivemos problemas no passado com a mesma, chegamos a cancelar o pedido após algumas horas sem entrega, depois de alguns meses continua a mesma falta de respeito com cliente. ...
Today 10/10/2020. We ordered a pizza at 20:50 with 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery. With 2h after order placed we returned the call and reported that the pizza was still in the pizzeria. Summing up the delivery took 3 hours, the pizza came cold and weird.
We have had problems in the past with it, we even canceled the order after a few hours without delivery, after a few months the same lack of respect with the customer continues. ...

Não recomendo pior lugar para se comprar pizza em mogi guaçu não comprem é mais fácil rasgar o dinheiro do que comprar pizza com eles.
Bad experience horrible service, pizza arrived cold we complained that no action was taken.
I can't recommend a worse place to buy pizza in mogi guaçu don't buy it's easier to rip your money than buying pizza with them.
