★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por indicaçáo fiz o pedido por telefone as 19:50. As 22h liguei cobrando a entrega ainda não realizada. Me informaram nāo haver nenhum pedido p meu telefone/endereço. Comprei em outro lugar onde costumo e tenho bom atendimento. Decepcionante. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma.
Tenho certeza que foi aí sim, liguei no seu numero. Tenho certeza. Alem de nao ter bom atendimento, nao assime o erro. Lamentável.
 By indication, I placed the order by phone at 19:50. At 10 pm I called charging for the delivery not yet carried out. I was informed that there is no order for my phone/address. I bought it in another place where I am used to and I have good service. Disappointing. I don't recommend it at all.
I'm sure it was then, I called your number. I am sure. In addition to not having good service, do not accept the error. Unfortunate.

Terrible service, they take too long to respond to the customer and the last time I ordered they didn't deliver the entire order, having to make the courier come back to deliver the full order, the food is delicious but it's too discouraging to take too long to order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há cerca de um ano comi pela primeira vez e gostei da qualidade das esfirras e serviços. Tirando o catupiry e cheddar que são de baixa qualidade, a massa e preço agradam. Problema é o tempo que dizem que demora pra entregar. Geralmente é 30, 40 minutos a mais que o previsto e isso que peço após 23h, pouca demanda. Precisam melhorar o atendimento e sistema como recebem os pedidos urgentemente, senão irão perder clientes. E tamanho da esfirra aparenta estar menor agora, infelizmente.
About a year ago I ate for the first time and I liked the quality of the sfirras and services. Apart from the low quality catupiry and cheddar, the mass and price are pleasing. Problem is the time they say it takes to deliver. It's usually 30, 40 minutes longer than expected and that's what I ask after 11pm, little demand. They need to improve the service and system as they receive orders urgently, otherwise they will lose customers. And sphirra size appears to be smaller now, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tive problemas no atendimento e tempo de retirada. As esfirras são excelentes, bom valor e qualidade. Poreeeemmm, 4 estrelas devido a qualidade do cheddar e catupiry. Sou vegetariana, então ja é limitado os sabores sem proteína animal. Melhore a qualidade e quantidade do cheddar. Não adianta vir lotado se a qualidade for ruim.
I've never had any problems with service and pick up time. The esfirras are excellent, good value and quality. Poreeeemmm, 4 stars due to the quality of the cheddar and catupiry. I'm a vegetarian, so flavors without animal protein are already limited. Improve the quality and quantity of cheddar. It's no use coming crowded if the quality is bad.
