The guys are to be congratulated. Always very helpful in their calls. Of course, not everything is within reach of the people at the dealership, but they always do things as much as possible. And sometimes they even exceed expectations.

Hoje, precisei fazer uma atualização do veículo, na portaria (entrada), quando entrei com o carro (após o porteiro abrir a cancela), o porteiro deu uma batida no vidro, que me assustei. Realmente, são DESPREPARADOS desde a entrada. :( Difícil.
They are good until sold. After you PAY, they change the tone with the customer. They need to improve a lot. After sales, terrible!!!! Today, I needed to update the vehicle, at the concierge (entrance), when I got in with the car (after the doorman opened the gate), the doorman knocked on the window, which scared me. Really, they are UNPREPARED from the start. :( Difficult.
