★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários perdidos nas informações e me gerou transtorno pois comprei pedi para retirar por aplicativo e no ato da retirada um tal senhor Alexandre e outros disseram que não tinha nada em meu nome... Resultado.. gastei o valor do transporte, não atendi meu cliente e ainda tive que ir pessoalmente retirar para não ter problemas com ressarcimento.
Bad service, employees lost in the information and it caused me inconvenience because I bought it, I asked to withdraw it by application and at the time of withdrawal, a Mr. Alexandre and others said they had nothing in my name... Result.. I spent the transport value, no I attended my client and I still had to go personally to pick it up so I wouldn't have problems with reimbursement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Funcionário (Glauber) que atende lojistas, totalmente despreparado, possuo 3 lojas, comprava com eles nas 3 unidades. Quase sempre me enviavam produtos estragados ou faltantes nas notas fiscais. E como eles pedem o pagamento antecipado pelo site, já me gerava transtorno para receber os valores. E quando enviavam produtos estragados, mesmo com 6 meses de validade, colocam a maior dificuldade para restituir os valores. Pedindo para enviarmos com a embalagem plástica o produto estragado de volta pelos correios. Hoje não compro mais com eles, mas nao poderia deixar de alertar aos novos possíveis clientes do tipo de empresa que se trata.
Terrible attendance! Employee (Glauber) who serves shopkeepers, totally unprepared, I own 3 stores, I used to buy from them in the 3 units. They almost always sent me damaged or missing products on the invoices. And as they ask for advance payment through the website, it was already causing me trouble to receive the amounts. And when they sent spoiled products, even with 6 months of validity, they put the greatest difficulty in refunding the values. Asking to send the damaged product back in the post office with the plastic packaging. Today I don't buy from them anymore, but I couldn't help but alert new potential customers of the type of company they are dealing with.
