★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os materiais são ótimos, o que e ruim é o atendimento (exceto pela vendedora Milena) o restante das vendedoras são de uma má vontade. Não tem respeito nem consideração nenhuma pelo cliente .
Cochicham no meio do atendimento, não sabem atender telefone. E uma pena uma loja tão boa , que não ofereça se quer um treinamento aos funcionários!
The materials are great, what is bad is the service (except for the seller Milena) the rest of the sellers are unwilling. It has no respect or consideration for the customer.
They whisper in the middle of the service, they don't know how to answer the phone. It is a pity that such a good store does not offer training to its employees!

Comprei no site deles (que só aceita transferência bancária), paguei e nunca enviaram meu pedido, tampouco me responderam - tentei todos os meios de contato com a loja - uma vergonha, eles dão golpe, abusam da boa fé dos clientes. Perdi todo meu dinheiro, muito chateada e frustrada com a situação. Que falta de profissionalismo e vergonha na cara.
DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE! I bought on their website (which only accepts bank transfers), I paid and they never sent my order, nor did they answer me - I tried all the means of contacting the store - a shame, they blow up, abuse the good faith of customers. I lost all my money, very upset and frustrated with the situation. What a lack of professionalism and shame in the face.

Estou tentando falar com vocês há algum tempo. Tive retorno apenas duas vezes e já faz quase um mês. Compreendo que a demanda deve ser grande, mas fiz a compra e enviei o comprovante pelo direct e pelo WhatsApp mas não tenho retorno. Vocês não atendem as ligações no celular e nem do WhatsApp, estou ligando desde sexta. Os números de telefone fixo que estão salvos no site dão "temporariamente fora do ar" quando liga. Infelizmente estou desapontada com a forma de atendimento de vocês. É sempre assim? No site a data para entrega está normal, não tem nenhuma informação de que os correios estão em greve, nem no Instagram.
Aguardo minha compra de forma amigável assim que os correios voltarem a funcionar normalmente ou então precisarei tomar outros tipos de medidas!

I've been trying to talk to you for a while. I've only returned twice and it's been almost a month. I understand that the demand must be high, but I made the purchase and sent the receipt via direct and WhatsApp but I have no return. You do not answer calls on cell phones or WhatsApp, I have been calling since Friday. The landline numbers that are saved on the website are "temporarily down" when you call. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with your service. It's always like that? On the website the delivery date is normal, there is no information that the post office is on strike, nor on Instagram.
I am waiting for my purchase in a friendly way as soon as the post office returns to work normally or else I will need to take other types of measures!
