A funcionária ROSE, totalmente despreparada e ainda sinuou que eu não havia comprado o item na loja. Mesmo mostrando a nota de compra que ALIÁS NÃO ME FOI FORNECIDO NF Eletrônica DE COMPRA. Deixo claro que iremos fazer valer a lei consumidor.
Fica nossa total insatisfação com péssimo atendimento ROSE...

I do not recommend this store, my sister went to the store because she needed to change the Red chandelier, where the installation did not work properly.
The employee ROSE, totally unprepared and even said that I hadn't bought the item in the store. Even showing the purchase note that ALIAS WAS NOT PROVIDED NF PURCHASE Electronics. I make it clear that we will enforce the consumer law.
We are totally dissatisfied with the terrible service ROSE ...
