Entrei na loja as 17.53 e antes de entrar ainda perguntei á um funcionário que estava na porta, se ainda estava aberta. Ele respondeu q sim.
Entrei, e fui atendida pela única pessoa educada da loja. Escolhi o brinquedo de 48.00 do meu filho e assim que baixou as portas para fechar , me dirigi ao caixa.
3 atendentes sentadas, fofocando. Fui pagar com débito e começaram a reclamar. Dizendo que já tinham fechado o caixa e só podia pagar em dinheiro. Ainda discutiram comigo pq o minino da loja, segundo elas, era 100.00. Informação a qual não eh passada ao cliente antes d iniciar a compra. Resumindo: atendentes, caixa, extremamente mal educadas e sem profissionalismo algum. Sem nenhum tato para lidar com cliente. Péssimo. E os preços são como de qualquer outra loja da região. Nunca mais volto.

Also discussed with me coz the minino the store, according to them, it was 100.00. Information which eh not passed to the customer before d start buying. In short, attendants, box, extremely poorly educated and without any professionalism. No tact to deal with customer. Terrible. And the prices are like any other store in the area. I never go back.
