★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou em venda nova não e a primeira vez que eu ligo tentando falar a primeira vez foi um custo mais me atenderam agora segunda vez não consigo falar estou com urgência em falar com a distribuidora e só chama e desligam são dois telefones que não obtemos atendimento eles poderiam melhorar o atendimento os clientes vão agradecer inclusive quem mora aí em contagem isso e uma falta de respeito e de compromisso com o cliente que tem a garantia do produto comprado aí!
I am not selling new and the first time I call trying to speak the first time it was a cost more they answered me now the second time I cannot speak I am urgently talking to the distributor and just call and hang up are two phones that we do not get service they could improve the service the customers will thank even those who live there in counting it and a lack of respect and commitment to the customer who has the guarantee of the product purchased there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço de garantia, comprei uma bateria com 5 meses ela parou de segurar carga, liguei pra eles, eles falaram q eu tinha q ir na loja pra trocar os ácidos e deixar na carga lenta, e eles iria me emprestar outra bateria, só q a baterias q eles me emprestaram, funcionou só na hora, meu carro parou na rua e eles não pode fazer nada por mim....
não recomendo ninguém a comprar nada com eles !!!
Lousy warranty service, I bought a battery with 5 months it stopped holding charge, I called them, they said I had to go to the store to change the acids and leave it in slow charge, and they would lend me another battery, only qa batteries they lent me, it only worked on the spot, my car stopped on the street and they can't do anything for me ....
I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them !!!

I don't recommend it, Terrible after sales, they don't give you the same attention as at the time of purchase. a month to resolve a battery situation.
