★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caros clientes da JP baterias, venho novamente para informá-los que a JP baterias é totalmente DESONESTA, conforme a atendente disse em resposta ao meu comentário que minha bateria não havia defeito estava somente descarregada, conforme visita na loja e diante de testemunhas ficou combinado caso a bateria não houvesse defeito, apos testes realizados pelo própria JP baterias a mesma seria entregue em meu endereço. Ou seja, isso não foi feito.
Peço a todos para refletirem sobre essa situação, porque a bateria que segundo a atendente não tinha nenhum defeito não foi entregue? O que estão fazendo com a bateria? também liguei solicitando a entrega, disseram que o motoqueiro estava agarrado, lembrado que meu endereço fica menos de um KM da loja, será mesmo que não dava para entregar? Estão esta loja não passa nenhuma credibilidade e respeito pelos seus clientes. Estão tentando fazer comigo igual fez com a outra cliente (Scarlett Emanuelle Ferreira Soares). verifiquem!
Péssimos e DESONESTOS, comprei uma bateria ela já deu defeito, esta na garantia eles não querem trocar por outra nova, o entregador deles esta colocando defeito no meu carro. Não sabe nada, acha que e mecânico.
Não compra nada nesta loja são DESONESTOS. Não aponta Arma mas te rouba na cara dura.

Lousy and DISHONEST, I bought a battery it already defective, this is under warranty they do not want to exchange for a new one, their deliveryman is putting a defect in my car. He doesn't know anything, he thinks he's a mechanic.
Do not buy anything in this store are dishonest. It doesn't point Arma but steals you in the face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico a ninguém, na hora de vender eles e bom, vai até sua porta instala e tudo, Depois que vende que a bateria da problema eles não está nem ai pra vc, comprei a bateria indiquei pessoas e a bateria morreu com menos de 3 meses de uso, liguei neles mandei o vídeo da bateria e com adesivo deles e tudo e eles não quer troca a bateria. Pra vender eles e ótimo agora quando da problema eles não resolvem, não compre deles eles e caloteiros e não resolve nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria usada com garantia de três meses, essa bateria não aguenta ficar com o pisca alerta ligado por 15 minutos, aí o carro não liga, fiquei parado na rua e não tem pós venda, só querem vender, vc que se vire com seu problema, foi assim que o vendedor chamado Frank me falou, muito grosso por sinal, agora vc compra uma bateria esperando não ficar mais na rua, ela não presta, daí vc pede pro cara te socorrer e ele não tá nem aí, muito bom!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Comprei uma bateria que nao batia com o codigo do certificado de bateria. Realizei a troca pagando uma nova. E novamente estragou. Nao e problema no alternador e em nada e novamente bateria. Nao segura nada. Atendimento pessimo. Nao fazem a manutencao no local. Tem que ter o trabalho de deslocar( pq nao podem atender em casa domicilio) carro nao funciona pessimo. Nao comprem. Nao indico. E so faz 3 meses que comprei. Vai ser acionado procon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma bateria Heliar, e com 1 ano de bateria apresentou defeito. Na hora de instalar vem instalar. Na hora que reclamamos, mandam ninguém para ver a bateria. Disse que não tenho como retirar, e nem me responderam. Não recomendo a compra neste lugar!
