★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou duas horas pra chegar o pedido, a loja não deu nenhuma satisfação nem pelo chat e nem pelo telefone, não atenderam, além disso, pedimos 50, e sim, fizemos questão de contar e eram 47. O Kibe é mal feito, e está pingando óleo. E muito mal embalado. O churros só tem massa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido 11:27 da manhã, quando deu 12:28 fiz a reclamação que meu pedido não tinha chego ainda, eles falaram que "tiveram um imporevisto com o entregador e que o o socorrista ja estava a caminho!" Pois eu entendi e falei que estava no aguardo porém quando deu 13:16 colocaram que estavam a caminho com o meu pedido e quando deu 13:37 reclamei novamente pois não tinha recebido ainda!! Falei que se não estivesse aqui até 14:00 horas, gostaria de cancelar e ter o estorno do dinheiro. Deu 14:00 e nada do meu pedido chegar, então entrei em contato novamente e pedi para que cancelasse e devolvesse meu dinheiro, simplesmente o bando de irresponsável falaram que quando eu cancelasse por aqui já estornava o meu dinheiro automaticamente, pois fui atrás de cancelar e não ia então liguei lá. Quando liguei falaram que nao conseguiam cancelar por lá, que eu tinha que ligar no ifood, perguntei qual era o número do ifood falaram que não tinha o contato e que era pra mim ir atrás! Falei que eram bando de irresponsável que além de não trazerem o meu pedido não queriam devolver o meu dinheiro, falaram que isso era com o ifood, pois então desliguei e fui atrás de ligar no ifood, quando liguei não consegui entrar em contato, mandei mensagem pra eles novamente para que devolvessem o meu dinheiro até porque quem recebeu o dinheiro foi eles e não o ifood!! Então na hora já cancelaram e fizeram programação para devolver o meu dinheiro, vamos ver se vai cair aqui na conta né... engraçado que depois que falei que quem recebia o dinheiro era eles e não o ifood e viram que eu já estava estressada conseguiram cancelar, mas ué não era eles que não conseguiam cancelar pelo APP? Bando de irresponsável e mentirosos!!

When I called they said they couldn't cancel there, that I had to call ifood, I asked what the ifood number was, they said they didn't have the contact and that I was supposed to go after it! I said that they were a bunch of irresponsible people who, in addition to not bringing my order, didn't want to return my money, they said it was with ifood, because then I hung up and went after calling ifood, when I called I couldn't get in touch, I sent a message to them again so they could return my money because they were the ones who received the money and not ifood!! So at the time they canceled and made a schedule to return my money, let's see if it will be in the account, right... funny that after I said that they were the ones who received the money and not ifood and they saw that I was already stressed they managed cancel, but huh, weren't they the ones who couldn't cancel through the APP? Bunch of irresponsible and liars!!

Terrible! I bought mini drumsticks but they came so small and without filling, with no taste outside that I had also asked for broccoli snacks that were on the menu but there was no broccoli....
