★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ola, gostamos sempre de ouvir nossos clientes, porém, atendemos hoje em média 220 pessoas e a grande maioria elogiou bastante todo o nosso buffet, vc chegou a procurar alguém para resolver seu problema? Lá temos o gerente, o chef de cozinha e a responsável pelo Buffet, fora os garçons que estão ali para justamente tornar seu atendimento e sua alimentação desejável, como falei, sempre tentaremos fazer o melhor, pra nós é uma situação delicada pois prezamos todos os dias pela qualidade e conservação dos produtos e a grande maioria são frescos, se quiser nos visitar novamente gostaríamos de lhe ouvir e saber certamente o que não estava em boas condições haja vista ser tudo novinho e sermos elogiados pelo nosso cuidado e esmero para com os alimentos.
De forma nenhuma aceito está desculpa. Já que eu fui o cliente da ficha 13.... No mais após a reclamando eu propus a pagar na íntegra. Mas não houve nenhuma resposta da minha reclamação no local e nem tampouco inresponsavel ou responsável do local veio se ter a mim. Lamentável mesmo. Meu dinheiro e meu paladar sempre serão os mais importantes além da minha saúde!!
Hello, we always like to listen to our customers, however, today we serve an average of 220 people and the vast majority highly praised our entire buffet, did you ever look for someone to solve your problem? There we have the manager, the chef and the person in charge of the Buffet, besides the waiters who are there to make your service and your food desirable, as I said, we will always try to do the best, for us it is a delicate situation because we value all days for the quality and conservation of the products and most of them are fresh, if you want to visit us again we would like to hear from you and certainly know what was not in good condition, as everything is brand new and we are praised for our care and diligence with the food .
By no means accept this excuse. Since I was the customer of record 13.... After complaining, I proposed to pay in full. But there was no response to my complaint at the site and neither irresponsible nor responsible for the site came to me. Regrettable indeed. My money and my taste will always be the most important besides my health!!

Very good food, several options at the buffet, self-service by weight, prices compatible with the region. Compared to nearby competitors it is excellent value for money. All very well aligned, good service, especially the barbecue, very helpful and attentive. Without a doubt, it is a place that I will return several times.
