Service leaves a lot to be desired, very much, almost dry foods looking like they have stayed the whole day being warmed, otherwise "pleasant" environment and normal price.

Não tem muitas opções vegetarianas. Fui comer um pastel que estava marcado como "pizza" e na verdade era carne.
Só existe um prato feito: Parmegiana com arroz e fritas. Perguntei se havia possibilidade de trocar a parmegiana por um omelete por exemplo e eles não o fizeram. O atendente disse que há muitas pessoas reclamando pelo fato de não ter PF vegetariano, mas pelo visto, a gerência não está a procura de inovar e agradar seus clientes com opções alternativas.
Infelizmente, por falta de não fidelizar seu cliente e tentar atendê-lo da forma mais sucinta, está é a última vez que compareço neste estabelecimento.

There are not many vegetarian options. I went to eat a pastry that was marked "pizza" and was actually meat.
There is only one dish made: Parmegiana with rice and fries. I asked if there was a possibility to exchange the parmigiana for an omelet for example and they did not. The attendant said that there are many people complaining about the fact that they do not have vegetarian PF, but apparently, management is not looking to innovate and please its customers with alternative options.
Unfortunately, due to the lack of customer loyalty and trying to serve you in the most succinct way, this is the last time I attend this establishment.
