★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de entrar em contato, pedindo um orçamento. Pra minha surpresa, fui repreendido que nao entrega em areas com comunidade... No RJ quase impossivel. Nao moro numa, mas moro em rua plana, casa, apesar de rua com acesso a comunidade de madureira. Todos os locais que compramos nunca tivemos problema. Recentemente comprei na Flaviense em caxias, sem surpresas! Dificil acreditar! Mas, é a realidade. Vc que está na mesma situação nem cote com eles!

I don't live in one, but I live on a flat street, home, despite the street with access to the community of madureira. All the places we bought never had a problem.
