★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passou por reforma a pouco tempo, a comunidade é bem envolvida no uso e com a preservação da praça. Boa área pra levar as crianças e pets, tem fit dance em alguns dias. Tem quadra cercada, espaço de academia de rua, parquinho, além de algumas mesinhas e bancos de madeira e alvenaria e onde fica localizada a associação de moradores. Região fica lotada de carros estacionados nos dias de missa na igreja católica de Nossa Senhora Aparecida, próxima à Praça.
 It underwent renovation recently, the community is well involved in the use and preservation of the square. Good area to take children and pets, there is fit dance on some days. It has a fenced court, a street gym space, a playground, in addition to some wooden and masonry tables and benches and where the residents' association is located. The region is crowded with cars parked on Mass days at the Catholic Church of Nossa Senhora Aparecida, near the square.
