★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa clínica atendente se preocupa mais com o horário de ir embora do que com o bem-estar do cliente. A moça do raio-x machucou a minha boca três vezes insistindo em colocar o suporte de um jeito que incomodava e muito o resultado foi 3 aftas enormes na boca. E considero maltrato porque eu tive que pedir a moça para mudar de lado pois estava me machucando e do outro lado não me gerou nenhum incômodo o que comprova que ela realmente estava fazendo errado e machucando o paciente. Não recomenda essa clínica passem longe a minha esposa também teve o mesmo problema com outra moça do raio-x no mesmo horário mais parecia que elas queriam ir embora rapidamente e pouco se importavam com os pacientes! minha esposa também está com a boca ferida resultado do péssimo trato com os pacientes dessa clínica!
 I do not recommend this clinic attendant is more concerned with the time to leave than with the well-being of the client. The x-ray girl hurt my mouth three times insisting on putting the support in a way that was uncomfortable and the result was 3 huge mouth sores. And I consider mistreatment because I had to ask the girl to change sides because she was hurting me and on the other side it did not cause me any discomfort which proves that she was really doing wrong and hurting the patient. It does not recommend this clinic to go away, my wife also had the same problem with another girl on the x-ray at the same time but it seemed that they wanted to leave quickly and did not care about the patients! my wife also has a sore mouth as a result of the terrible treatment with the patients at this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recepcionista mal educada. Liguei pra clinica foi toda grossa, ao chegar lá me fez voltar por causa de um senha, sendo que liguei poderia ter explicado. Chegando ao local depois de autorizada a senha, a moça do RX sem nenhuma paciência pra colocar aquele suporte, pra falar. NÃO INDICO!
Poorly polite receptionist. I called the clinic it was all rude, when I got there they made me come back because of a password, and I called could have explained. Arriving at the place after the password is authorized, the girl from the RX without any patience to put that support, to speak. I DO NOT INDICATE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você liga para um orçamento são grossos, pedem pra mandar foto no whatsapp e demoram mais de 4h para responder, vc liga para ver se podem te responder no whatsapp depois de 4h de resposta e te tratam como se tivessem te fazendo a caridade de te atender. Péssimo
You call for a quote, they are thick, they ask you to send a photo on whatsapp and take more than 4 hours to respond, you call to see if they can answer you on whatsapp after 4 hours of reply and they treat you as if they were doing you the charity to assist you . Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. O atendimento da técnica, pelo menos comigo, foi, no mínimo, terrível. Muito grosseira, me fez ter ânsia de vômito diversas vezes pelo modo como colocava o suporte. Conversei e expliquei que estaria me sentindo mal, e a resposta dela foi: "você está apertando o suporte errado". Tentei explicar que eu não sabia como era o procedimento adequado, e que contava com a compreensão dela, já ela é a profissional da área. Sem efeito. A radiografia de um dos dentes ficou sem ser feita. Definitivamente, havendo outra possibilidade, recomendo procurar outra clínica.
I do not recommend. The service provided by the technician, at least with me, was, to say the least, terrible. Very rude, it made me feel like vomiting several times because of the way I put the support. I talked and explained that I would be feeling bad, and her response was: "you are squeezing the wrong bracket". I tried to explain that I didn't know how the proper procedure was, and that I had her understanding, since she is the professional in the area. No effect. The X-ray of one of the teeth was not taken. Definitely, if there is another possibility, I recommend looking for another clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, não volto nunca mais. Precisei fazer um Raio X de urgência hoje e minha dentista me indicou esta clínica. Liguei antes para perguntar se eu podia enviar a cópia digital do pedido antes para adiantar e me disseram que não. Fui então até o local e a atendente Nitali não quis receber o meu pedido alegando que o carimbo estava fraco e o convênio não iria aceitar. Informei sobre a urgência do caso e que a minha dentista já era cliente há muitos anos e ela respondeu: "não posso fazer nada". Ela me atendeu com muita má vontade e nem tentou acertar alguma forma de atendimento. Fiquei muito desapontada e liguei para a minha dentista, que me indicou outro lugar. Liguei então, enviei o pedido pelo whatsapp e, quando cheguei lá, fui muito bem atendida e O PROCESSO FOI REALIZADO SEM PENDENCIA NENHUMA, OBTENDO A APROVAÇÃO DO BRADESCO. Resumindo, dou nota 0 para o atendimento deste local e não volto nunca mais. Desapontada.

I called ahead to ask if I could send the digital copy of the order ahead of time and was told no. So I called, sent the request through whatsapp and, when I got there, I was very well attended and THE PROCESS WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT ANY PENDING, OBTAINING BRADESCO'S APPROVAL. In short, I give a score of 0 for the service at this location and I will never return. Disappointed.

Recepcionistas terríveis, super mal educadas. Parece que não estão satisfeitas com o serviço e não tratam os clientes com educação.
Ficaram de enviar o exame via e-mail o que não foi feito, falaram que era um valor e quando fui pagar alegaram que era outro...
A moça que realizou o exame é uma graça, super educada e gentil. A única que salva na empresa.
