★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido e paguei pelo app. Não me entregaram (me deixaram mais de 2 horas esperando e cancelaram). Não me deram explicações, só cancelaram sem me dizer nada e bloquearam o meu número para eu não poder ligar pro estabelecimento. Nunca fui tão mal atendida quanto nesse lugar!
I ordered and paid for the app. They didn't deliver me (they left me more than 2 hours waiting and canceled). They didn't give me any explanations, they just canceled without telling me anything and blocked my number so I couldn't call the establishment. I've never been so underserved as in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um copo da INFELICIDADE, em que o creme branco era um creme de maisena, o ouro branco estava murcho e o resto era só chantilly! A mesma coisa com a folhatta, um Creme de maisena horrível com uns morangos…
Pior doceira que já comi, além da demora para entregar, foi 40 minutos a mais do que estava previsto! Não recomendo para ninguém!
I bought a glass from INFELICIDADE, in which the white cream was a cornstarch cream, the white gold was soggy and the rest was just whipped cream! The same thing with the Folhatta, a horrible cornstarch cream with some strawberries…
Worst bakery I've ever eaten, in addition to the delay in delivery, it was 40 minutes longer than expected! I don't recommend it to anyone!

Quando questionei simplesmente disseram que os morangos tinham acabado , sendo que o comprovante de pedido foi enviado 2 hr antes da entrega onde poderiam ter comunicado que tinha acabado , mais esperaram chegar o produto depois de 2 horas e ainda eu pagar e da falta do mesmo.
Fui buscar meu dinheiro , e a a proprietária Ana informou que eu estava estressada e descontando neles que são seres humanos , esperei a mesma terminar de falar, e quando eu fui falar não deixou , falando em cima e outro motoqueiro se intrometendo e falando em cima da também . Fora que são só fotos bonitas, o bolo venho só farelo e leite condensado puro , nada haver com o que está no cardápio do site .
It was my first purchase and I was totally disappointed, 2 hours for delivery and when my delivery arrived I was missing a product. When I asked, they simply said that the strawberries had run out, and the order receipt was sent 2 hr before delivery where they could have communicated that it was over, but they waited for the product to arrive after 2 hours and I still paid and the lack of it.
I went to get my money, and the owner Ana informed me that I was stressed and taking it out on them that they are human beings, I waited for her to finish talking, and when I went to talk she didn't let me, talking on top and another biker intruding and talking on top of her too . Apart from that they are just beautiful photos, the cake comes only with bran and pure condensed milk, nothing to do with what is on the menu on the site.
