★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi tão boa! Pedi um salgado para viagem e me deram um salgado extremamente gelado...ao voltar lá a atendente disse que só estava frio...que dava para comer!!! Oi?! Tive que pedir para esquentar o que outra atendente fez e colocou mais de 1 minuto deixando meu quiche derretido e sem sabor? Primeira vez que consigo entrar ali e tive essa experiência!
 My experience was not so good! I asked for a salty to go and they gave me an extremely cold salty ... when I got back there the attendant said it was only cold ... that I could eat !!! Hi?! I had to ask to warm up what another attendant did and put more than 1 minute leaving my quiche melted and tasteless? First time I got in there and I had this experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 16/09/2021 foi meu aniversário sou diabética e meu marido comprou um pedaço de bolo de brigadeiro diet na primeira mordida senti um gosto estranho falei,está estragado,meu marido falou é impressão sua afinal aqui é Sodiê paguei caro não iriam fazer isso resumindo,ele comeu e amanheceu com vômito e diarréia ?.
16/09/2021 was my birthday I'm diabetic and my husband bought a piece of diet brigadeiro cake in the first bite I felt a strange taste I said, it's spoiled, my husband said it's your impression after all this is Sodiê I paid dearly they wouldn't do that in short, he ate and woke up with vomiting and diarrhea ?.

Fui atendida por uma rapaz, pedi o bolo A Francesa ( recheio de cocada e brigadeiro)de corte. Ele disse que não tinha. Apenas para vender inteiro - (achei estranho, pois sou cliente a muitos anos da Sodie de Diadema centro, e as atender sempre cortaram o bolo se a venda era ou não inteiro).
Enfim, pedi então o inteiro. Fui cortar o bolo e o sabor era de Brigadeiro II (mousse de chocolate e brigadeiro). Decepcionada com o atendimento e compra.
Today (04/06/2021).
I was attended by a young man, I asked for the A Francesa cake (cocada and brigadeiro filling). He said he didn't. Only to sell whole - (I found it strange, as I have been a customer of Sodie de Diadema for many years, and the attendants always cut the cake if the sale was whole or not).
Anyway, I asked for the whole. I went to cut the cake and the flavor was Brigadeiro II (chocolate mousse and brigadeiro). Disappointed with the service and purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei essa loja por 3 vezes, atendentes sempre mal educadas de cara fechada e olham quem entram dos pés a cabeça com desdém. Atendimento péssimo ,prefiro ir até o shopping ABC e comprar na Ofner.
I tried this store 3 times, the attendants are always rude with a frown and look whoever comes in from head to toe with disdain. Terrible service, I prefer to go to the ABC mall and buy at Ofner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou do RJ e sempre vejo fotos e vídeos sobre as tortas, que são muito famosas. Há alguns dias estive em São Paulo e precisava comprar torta para uma pequena comemoração.. não tive dúvidas sobre onde iria encomendar e só tenho elogios! A massa e ótima, 2 tipos de recheio, cobertura de marshmallow.. aqui no Rio o chantilly é mais usado e eu adorei ter opção de troca. Uma sobremesa leve, na medida certa.
I'm from RJ and I always see photos and videos about the pies, which are very famous. A few days ago I was in São Paulo and I needed to buy pie for a small celebration.. I had no doubts about where I would order it and I have nothing but praise! The dough is great, 2 types of filling, marshmallow topping.. here in Rio, whipped cream is used more and I loved having the option to exchange it. A light dessert, just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei nesta loja e fui mal atendida , pelas duas funcionárias que estavam na loja, ainda faltava alguns minutos até o fim do expediente que seria as 19:00 conforme as mesma confirmaram.
Pedi um bolo para viagem, e um pedaço para consumo , e as atendentes disseram que eu não poderia consumir na loja .. Que era apenas viagem .
Ambas com pressa e EXTREMAMENTE IGNORANTES.
I entered this store and was poorly attended by the two employees who were in the store, there was still a few minutes left until the end of the day, which would be at 19:00, as they confirmed.
I asked for a cake to go, and a piece for consumption, and the attendants said that I couldn't consume it in the store.. It was just travel.
Both in a hurry and EXTREMELY IGNORANT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que vou a este comércio em Diadema,e fiz como teste mesmo,para dar uma segunda chance a essa franquia que ,além de próxima a minha casa,eu tinha a Marca,como referência em delícias na forma de Bolo. No entanto,o bolo além de parecer "bolo de caixinha",massa sem gosto e consistência para uma "Sodiê" e quanto ao atendimento em Serraria,sem comentários.Loja com placa de atendimento até às 19:00 e 18:30 já estão tratando os clientes com o famoso jeito "rapa fora".Na segunda vez que fui (hoje),me surpreende a pressa com que a atendente quer atender(só eu e meu esposo na loja), e, o mais surpreendente:ela sequer perguntou qual o tamanho do pedaço que eu queria cortou,já estava pondo na balança e falando...o que mais?.....fiquei pasma com tanto destrato...no que eu a interrompi e falei: epa,calma,deixa eu ver o pedaço,nesse instante até já tinha perdido a vontade de comer.....decepcionante como a Sodiê decaiu,no cuidado com as franquias.....decepcionante.....
It's the second time I go to this store in Diadema, and I did it as a test, to give a second chance to this franchise that, besides being close to my house, I had the Brand, as a reference in delights in the form of Cake. However, the cake, in addition to looking like a "box cake", tasteless dough and consistency for a "Sodiê" and as for the service in Serraria, no comments. treating customers with the famous "rapa outside" way. The second time I went (today), I was surprised by the rush with which the attendant wanted to serve (only me and my husband in the store), and, the most surprising thing: she didn't even ask what size was the piece I wanted to cut, I was already putting it on the scales and talking... what else?..... I was amazed with so much abuse... at which point I interrupted her and said: hey, calm down, let it go I saw the piece, at that moment I had already lost the desire to eat.....disappointing how Sodiê has gone downhill, in the care with the franchises.....disappointing.....
