Fiquei bastante surpreso e chateado ao verificar que um cliente só é útil para comprar e pagar, não merece atenção. Na semana anterior, entre vários produtos que peguei, verifiquei que errei na compra de um deles. Pensava ter pego um pacote de 2kgs de chocolate amargo e na verdade peguei cobertura fracionada, por engano. Perguntei se poderia substituír o pacote, naturalmente pagando a diferença, além do que iria comprar outros produtos. Fui surpreendido por uma negativa: "Não substituímos esse tipo de produto, pois não temos garantia de como foi conservado." Não interessou nada de minha argumentação. Me parece que esta não é uma maneira adequada de lidar com um cliente. Agora um ex-cliente.
I was a long time customer of this store. However, today was the last time I was in this trade. I was quite surprised and upset to find that a customer is only useful to buy and pay, not worthy of attention. In the previous week, among several products I picked up, I found that I was wrong to buy one of them. I thought I took a 2kg pack of dark chocolate and in fact I got fractional coverage, by mistake. I asked if I could replace the package, naturally paying the difference, in addition to buying other products. I was surprised by a negative: "We do not replace this type of product, as we have no guarantee of how it was preserved." None of my arguments mattered. It seems to me that this is not an appropriate way to deal with a customer. Now a former customer.
