Comprei um mousse de maracujá com cobertura de maracujá, 1 de maracujá com cobertura de ganache, 1 de morango com cobertura de geleia de morango e 2 bolos de cenoura com cobertura de chocolate no pote e todos estavam maravilhosos.
Em especial o de maracujá com cobertura de ganache.
Normalmente eu não gosto de mousse de morango, mas esse não tinha aquele gosto artificial dos que vendem no mercado, a geleia em cima principalmente, estava maravilhoso.
Super recomendo.
Just wonderful.
I bought a passion fruit mousse with passion fruit topping, 1 passion fruit topped with ganache, 1 strawberry topped with strawberry jelly and 2 carrot cakes topped with chocolate in the pot and everyone was wonderful.
Especially the passion fruit with ganache cover.
Normally I don't like strawberry mousse, but this one didn't have that artificial taste of those that sell in the market, the jelly on top mainly, it was wonderful.
I highly recommend it.
