Burger is good, but the service through whatsapp is terrible, a shame, besides that they always delay delivery.

A shame the bread itself came hard and old and they still got the order wrong. I advise you not to buy it, you will regret it.

Horrible service at the store in São Paulo, terrible. Taking more than 1 hour to make 1 hamburger. MT dirty spot. And no service at the tables.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decidiram nesse final de semana fazer uma promoção de Black FRIDAY. Um vexame. Em dias normais a entrega já demora muito, imagina com essa promoção. Pedi de 18:40h, com o prazo de 80min de entrega, enfim, atrasou como sempre. Liguei, mandei várias mensagens e eles me ignorando, depois de 2h falaram que saiu para a entrega, passou 40min e nada de chegar. Mandei várias mensagens novamente, e realmente desisti. Eles não me respondem, não tem respeito pelo cliente. Já era mais de 21h e nada do entregador. O que mais incomoda é o descaso com o cliente, tbm fiz o mesmo, ignorei e não recebi o lanche! Muitas reclamações lá no Instagram sobre a entrega tbm (que daqui a pouco devem apagar).
Era cliente, pedia quase toda semana, pois lanche é bom, mas essa questão da entrega precisam melhorar com urgência, por isso não peço mais. Não vale a pena o estresse que passa. No final a pessoa não tem nem mais vontade de comer!
This weekend they decided to do a Black FRIDAY promotion. An embarrassment. On normal days, delivery takes a long time, imagine with this promotion. I ordered from 18:40h, with a delivery time of 80min, finally, it was delayed as usual. I called, sent several messages and they ignored me, after 2 hours they said they went out for delivery, 40 minutes passed and nothing arrived. I sent several messages again, and really gave up. They don't answer me, they don't have respect for the customer. It was already after 9 pm and nothing from the delivery man. What bothers the most is the disregard for the customer, I also did the same, ignored it and didn't receive the snack! Many complaints on Instagram about the delivery as well (which should be deleted soon).
I was a customer, I ordered it almost every week, as a snack is good, but this issue of delivery urgently needs to improve, so I don't ask for more. It's not worth the stress you go through. In the end, the person doesn't even feel like eating anymore!
