Pela segunda vez fizemos um pedido e dizem que chega em 50 minutos, o que não não foi a realidade em nenhuma das vezes. O pedido chegou quase duas horas depois e desta vez é que foi pior. Os três sanduíches estavam frios ao ponto do queijo não estar nem derretido mais, a carne do hambúrguer quase torrada e o bacon parecia pedra. Absurdo tratar o cliente do jeito que tratam e digo mais, não adianta reclamar porque o atendimento sequer te dá atenção, ignora totalmente sua reclamação como se o teu problema não importasse pra empresa. Da pra ver que não respondem ninguém aqui nas avaliações.

For the second time we placed an order and they say it arrives in 50 minutes, which was not the reality in any of the times. The order arrived almost two hours later and this time it was worse. All three sandwiches were so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted anymore, the hamburger meat was almost toasted and the bacon looked like stone. It's absurd to treat the customer the way they do and I'll say more, it's no use complaining because the service doesn't even pay attention, totally ignores your complaint as if your problem doesn't matter to the company. You can see that no one responds here in the reviews.

Realizei um pedido, não mandaram completo, a entrega demorou quando chegou e vi que estava faltando, liguei 14 vezes para conseguir falar com o atendente. O mesmo informou que iria mandar o que havia faltado, 1 hora se passou e não chegou o entregador, liguei mais 09 vezes. Quando atenderam me informaram que iriam reimprimir a comanda e teria que aguardar mais 15 minutos para que o motoqueiro saísse com meu meu pedido!
Bad experience.
I made an order, they didn't send it complete, the delivery took a while when it arrived and I saw it was missing, I called 14 times to get to speak with the attendant. The same informed that he would send what was missing, 1 hour passed and the delivery man did not arrive, I called 09 more times. When they answered, they informed me that they would reprint the command and I would have to wait another 15 minutes for the biker to leave with my order!
