★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que experimentei os serviços de banho e tosa não quero fazer em outro lugar. A minha satisfação está tanto com o atendente na recepção como também em relação aos dois rapazes que prestam serviço de banho e tosa. Eles cuidam do pet, têm cuidado e tratam com carinho. Estou encantada!
After I tried the bath and grooming services, I don't want to do it anywhere else. My satisfaction is with the attendant at the reception as well as with the two boys who provide bathing and grooming services. They take care of the pet, are careful and treat it with affection. I'm delighted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou insatisfeita porque o meu cachorro foi pra essa pet shop duas vezes e voltou chorando, não quero mais saber do pessoal de lá bando de irresponsáveis que não cuidam direito dos animais.
I'm dissatisfied because my dog went to this pet shop twice and came back crying, I don't want to hear from the people there anymore, a bunch of irresponsible people who don't take good care of animals.
