★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, não tive a mesma sorte e impressão dos comentários abaixo. Apesar de ter solicitado um consulta normal, fui cobrado como uma consulta ortopédica. Os valores são distintos para o tipo de consulta e fui cobrado a maior. A pet teve um diagnóstico de possível problema de coluna, mesmo tendo informado todo o diagnóstico e antecedência da mesma. Apesar de achar o diagnóstico muito precipitado, foi realizada a ressonância e, dito e feito, não havia nada de problema em coluna, tinha sido alergia a tosa msm. Espero que tenha mais sorte numa próxima vez. Em relação à infraestrutura, não há o que reclamar.
Unfortunately, I was not so lucky and impressed by the comments below. Although I requested a normal consultation, I was charged as an orthopedic consultation. The values are different for the type of consultation and I was overcharged. The pet had a diagnosis of a possible spinal problem, despite having informed all the diagnosis and advance of the same. Despite finding the diagnosis too hasty, the MRI was performed and, said and done, there was nothing wrong with the spine, it had been an allergy to shearing msm. I hope you have more luck next time. Regarding infrastructure, there is nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci a clínica no meio de um aperreio grande com a cachorrinha (ainda estamos lutando pela recuperação dela), e é impossível expressar a gratidão por ter encontrado um local tão bem equipado, organizado, limpo (muito importante), com profissionais competentes, sensíveis e solícitos - recebi praticamente uma aula de Dr. Thiago sobre o problema de saúde da minha cachorrinha. Moro na Zona norte, mas fiz questão de me tornar cliente da clínica de Thiago.
I got to know the clinic in the middle of a big hassle with the little dog (we're still fighting for her recovery), and it's impossible to express gratitude for having found such a well-equipped, organized, clean (very important) place, with competent, sensitive and solicitous - I practically received a class from Dr. Thiago about my dog's health problem. I live in the North Zone, but I made a point of becoming a client at Thiago's clinic.

Once again I had to help my Pet and he was treated with great care and love by Dr Poly. I highly recommend it.

My pet needs an ultrasound and it was done in the same place.
There is a small shop on site for the convenience of buying medicines, food and accessories.

Both Dr Poliana and Dr Thiago received my little lady very well. Careful, attentive and available, in addition to that Thiago handled the appointment with such good humor and lightness that I am relieved.
