★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho 2 cachorros e há 3 anos eles frequentam a Dog Inn. Admiro demais o trabalho e o comprometimento de toda a equipe: são atenciosos, cuidadosos e muito afetuosos com eles. Além do day care, utilizo frequentemente o serviço de hotel e também só tenho coisas boas para pontuar. Viajo sempre tranquila porque sei que serão bem cuidados.
I have 2 dogs and they have been attending the Dog Inn for 3 years. I really admire the work and commitment of the entire team: they are attentive, caring and very affectionate with them. In addition to day care, I frequently use the hotel service and I also only have good things to score. I always travel with peace of mind because I know they will be well taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, para começar quando entrei em contato eles demoraram um mês e meio para dar o retorno sobre a visita no local e dos documentos das minhas cachorrinhas .
Bom eu tenho duas cachorrinhas, uma que é muito sociável e a outra que é medrosa. Quando elas fizeram o dia experimental, a monitora já veio falando que a minha cachorrinha que é medrosa tinha comportamento de macho e que era um problema .
Primeiramente, por ser adestradora,tentei explicar, mas a monitora não entende de composição e também não quis ouvir a explicação .
No segundo dia de creche, me deparei com vários eventos agressivos dos monitores com os cachorros . O monitor chefe deu um esclarecimento mínimo, pois Ronaldo, dono do lugar entraria em contato para uma devida explicação .
O dono nunca deu nenhuma explicação devida e quando mandei mensagem foi extremamente agressivo no jeito de se colocar com o cliente, como se estivesse a cima e não precisasse dar satisfação,Atitute completamente antiprofissional
Vale destacar que nesta creche, os animais são privados de várias coisas latir, é uma delas é brincar da maneira que querem . Como os monitores não tem conhecimento ficam tirando os animais das brincadeiras, por acharem que podem brigar, sendo que quem conhece comportamento sabe que a expressão corporal e vocalização são completamente diferentes!!
Completamente insatisfeita, monitor agressivo com os animais, robotizam os animais e antiprofissionalismo !!!!Não indico
Well, to start with when I got in touch they took a month and a half to get back to me about the visit on the site and the documents of my puppies.
Well, I have two puppies, one that is very sociable and the other that is fearful. When they did the experimental day, the monitor already came saying that my dog that is fearful had the behavior of a male and that it was a problem.
First, because I am a trainer, I tried to explain, but the monitor does not understand composition and also did not want to hear the explanation.
On the second day of daycare, I came across several aggressive events from the monitors with the dogs. The head monitor gave a minimum clarification, because Ronaldo, owner of the place would contact for an explanation.
The owner never gave any proper explanation and when I sent a message he was extremely aggressive in the way he put himself with the client, as if he were on top and did not need to give satisfaction, Atitute completely unprofessional
It is worth mentioning that in this nursery, animals are deprived of several things to bark, one of them is to play the way they want. As the monitors have no knowledge, they keep taking animals out of play, because they think they can fight, and those who know behavior know that body expression and vocalization are completely different !!
Completely dissatisfied, aggressive monitor with animals, robotize animals and anti-professionalism !!!!

Por ser uma cachorrinha alérgica, pedimos alguns cuidados especiais com a alimentação e brincadeiras, o que foi prontamente atendido pelo time!!
Tivemos que mudar de São Paulo, e atualmente nós e a Frida sentimos bastante falta dos amigos da DogInn!
Super recomendo e agradeço por todos os serviços e carinho dedicado a nós e a Frida!
We were Dogin customers for two years. Our dog, a female Schnauzer was super well taken care of from day one! Ronaldo and all the staff were always very attentive, affectionate and helpful with her!
Being an allergic puppy, we asked for some special care with food and games, which was promptly answered by the team!!
We had to move from São Paulo, and Frida and I really miss our friends at DogInn!
I highly recommend and thank you for all the services and affection dedicated to us and Frida!
