Quando disse que era vira-lata, ela perguntou se ele era bonzinho porque não aceitam cachoros "bravos". Meu cachorro é extremamente carinhoso, mas independente disso optei por outro lugar, já que os cachorros tidos como "bravos" foram vítimas de maus tratos no passado e, como Pet Shop, o estabelecimento deveria ter mais respeito e consciência com os animais, e profissionais mais qualificados. Não confiem nesse lugar.
I just called to schedule a bath time for my dog and the attendant Rita asked me the breed. When he said he was a mutt, she asked if he was nice because they don't accept "angry" dogs. My dog is extremely affectionate, but regardless of that, I chose another place, since dogs considered "brave" were victims of mistreatment in the past and, as a Pet Shop, the establishment should have more respect and awareness with animals, and professionals more qualified. Don't trust this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente. Os banhos e tosas sempre foram feitos com muito cuidado. Se percebem algum ponto de atenção, como possível inflamação de ouvido ou irritação na pele, avisam na entrega do animal. Possui clínica veterinária. Estacionamento para dois carros na frente.
Great. Baths and grooming were always done with great care. If they notice any point of attention, such as possible ear inflammation or skin irritation, let them know when the animal is delivered. It has a veterinary clinic. Parking for two cars at the front.
