They went out of their way to be able to deliver me an iced rug on the same day that I didn't have in stock at that unit. Successfully! I think the experience speaks for itself in this case.

My dog came back completely traumatized from the bath, he was trembling so much with fear in that place. I don't know what happened but I never go back to this Pet Shop again.
