★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente achei de uma irresponsabilidade tremenda não avisar o cliente que o banho de sexta feira demora mais de 4 horas. Pegaram meu cachorro as 10 pra entregar as 14 ! Um absurdo!! Fora o estresse que o animal sofre sem água esse tempo todo .perdi compromisso por isso pela falta de responsabilidade de avisar o básico que seria demorado.nunca mais !
Unfortunately I found it tremendously irresponsible not to warn the customer that Friday's bath takes more than 4 hours. They got my dog at 10 to deliver at 14! Nonsense !! Apart from the stress that the animal suffers without water all this time. I lost commitment because of the lack of responsibility to warn the basics that would be time consuming.Never more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos super bem atendidos. O pet shop tem um astral ótimo, super bacana. Nota 1000 para o atendimento e para o serviço de banho e tosa. Ficou ótimo e melhor: trataram nossa pequena com carinho. Quem tem seu filhote peludo sabe o que isso significa. Ficamos fãs e clientes cativos!!!
We were very well attended. The pet shop has a great mood, super cool. 1000 note for the service and for the bath and grooming service. It was great and better: they treated our little one with affection. Whoever has their furry puppy knows what that means. We are fans and captive customers !!!
