★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Entrei em contato para saber quanto custava o valor do banho e tosa e o atendente simplismente foi groceiro e disse que a pessoa responsável não estava. Não deixava eu falar e desligou na minha cara. Moro em freguesia, mas, não levo meus dogs nessa clínica.
Terrible service. I got in touch to find out how much the cost of bathing and grooming and the attendant was simply a joker and said that the person in charge was not there. He wouldn't let me talk and hung up on me. I live in a parish, but I don't take my dogs in this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Pet Shop faz tempo !! Mas hoje fiquei decepcionada pela falta de respeito ! Marquei na quinta banho e tosa para minha cachorra e fiquei 01 horas esperando porque o tosador não apareceu !! Problema nenhum ter imprevisto, a falta de consideração e avisar para que eu não fosse até lá com minha cachorra !! Já fui atendida algumas vezes por veterinários de lá ! Apesar de nenhum deles ser simpático realizaram bom atendimento para a minha cachorrinha !! Hoje pedi para cortarem a unha dela estava visivelmente p. Da vida por estar mofando para esperar a tosa ! E fui também atendida com maior descaso , como se eu estivesse nervosa a toa... Como se o atraso boa fosse nada!! Espero nunca mais voltar lá para serviço algum!
I've been a Pet Shop customer for a long time !! But today I was disappointed by the lack of respect! I scheduled the fifth bath and grooming for my dog and I spent 01 hours waiting because the groomer didn't show up !! No problem to have unforeseen, the lack of consideration and to warn me not to go there with my dog !! I've been seen a few times by veterinarians there! Although none of them are friendly they did good service for my puppy !! Today I asked to be cut her nail was visibly p. Of life for being moldy to wait for the grooming! And I was also attended to with greater disregard, as if I were nervous for nothing ... As if the good delay was nothing !! I hope I never go back there for any service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro idoso já bem mal na emergência, sem comer há 2 dias e vomitando muito. A veterinária o "examinou" (nem um exame de sangue foi feita já que ela não conseguiu tirar sangue do mei cachorro) falou que não era nada alarmante e passou suplementos. No dia seguinte meu cachorro entrou em choque por conta de uma cetoacidose decorrente da diabetes e tá internado correndo risco de morrer. Não fizeram o mínimo esforço pra investigar a vausa dos sintomas que ele tava apresentando. Nunca mais volto nesse lugar, descaso total com os animais. Se o tratamento tivesse começado no dia anterior talvez o quadro do meu cachorro fosse revertido mais facilmente.
I took my old dog badly in the emergency, without eating for two days and vomiting a lot. The vet "examined" him (not even a blood test since she couldn't draw blood from my dog) said it was not at all alarming and passed supplements. The next day my dog was shocked by a ketoacidosis due to diabetes and is hospitalized at risk of dying. They made no effort to investigate the vanity of the symptoms he was experiencing. I never go back to this place, total disregard for the animals. If the treatment had begun the day before, my dog's picture might have been reversed more easily.
