Chegamos por volta das 9 da manhã e foi prontamente assistida e acompanhada de perto até as 16 hs; o veterinário foi incansável e nos acalmando todo instante e relatando o passo a passo da recuperação.
Foram três vezes que pensei que ia perdê-la, mas as manobras do veterinário surtiram efeito e conseguimos salvar nossa charmosa cadelinha.
Imensamente agradecida pelo carinho, responsabilidade e capacidade no atendimento.
Já tinha tido experiência com meu outro cão, que foi tratado pelo mesmo veterinário até o fim de sua existência, sempre com toda carinho e atenção.
Toda equipe esta de parabéns !
My dog Kymma poisoned herself with "pellet" and we had a few minutes to save her.
We arrived around 9 am and were promptly assisted and closely followed until 4 pm; the vet was tireless and calming us all the time and reporting the recovery step by step.
Three times I thought I was going to lose her, but the vet's maneuvers had an effect and we managed to save our charming little dog.
Immensely grateful for the affection, responsibility and ability to attend.
I had already had experience with my other dog, which was treated by the same veterinarian until the end of its existence, always with all kindness and attention.
Congratulations to the whole team!

The surgeon (Dr. Hugo) is great! The front desk attendants are very friendly and the vets help too. My dog had surgery and everything went very well.
