★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 20/11 ao levar a minha cachorrinha para fazer higiene, neste local, conversei com o Dr. Sérgio e agendamos a castração para o dia 28/11 às 9h, ao chegar para o procedimento, fui informado que o médico não estava, inclusive a recepcionista, nem lembrava do agendamento e ligou para ele, que chegou às 9h50. Como a cachorra estava em jejum, voltei para casa aguardá-lo chegar, qdo ele chegou, me ligou, voltei e ele estava atendendo outro paciente, aguardei até às 10h35, como não fui atendido, voltei para casa sem efetuar o procedimento. Se eu agendei às 9h00, a obrigação de ser atendido no horário. Falta de profissionalismo! Péssimo atendimento.
 On 11/20 when I took my dog to clean, in this place, I talked to Dr. Sérgio and we scheduled the neutering for 11/28 at 9 am, when I arrived for the procedure, I was informed that the doctor was not, including the receptionist, she didn't even remember the appointment and called him, who arrived at 9:50 am. As the dog was fasting, I came home to wait for him to arrive, when he arrived, he called me, I came back and he was seeing another patient, I waited until 10:35, as I was not seen, I came home without performing the procedure. If I booked at 9:00 am, the obligation to be attended on time. Lack of professionalism! Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro para realizar a tosa bebê e ele saiu quase careca do procedimento, ficou três horas lá e saiu todo machucado, não me deixa nem tocar em certas partes do corpo por estar machucado. Disseram que foi pelos embolos, porém nunca vi um pet shop que não tem um produto adequado para desembolo. Não voltarei a levar meu pet e não recomendo a ninguém.
I took my dog to perform the baby grooming and he came out almost bald from the procedure, he stayed there for three hours and he came out all bruised, he doesn't even let me touch certain parts of his body because he's hurt. They said it was because of the emboli, but I have never seen a pet shop that does not have a suitable product for disbursement. I will not take my pet again and I will not recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro apenas para cortar a unha e ele saiu com uma das patas da frente toda ensanguentada. Não foi uma unha que sangrou, mas todas elas. Ficou evidente que não houve nenhum cuidado para execução do trabalho. Ele tem 7 anos e isso nunca tinha acontecido com nenhum outro veterinário. Não recomendo e certamente nunca mais voltarei.
I took my dog just to cut his nail and he came out with one of his front paws all bloody. It wasn't one nail that bled, but all of them. It was evident that no care was taken in carrying out the work. He is 7 years old and this has never happened with any other vet. I don't recommend it and I will definitely never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu cachorro para tomar banho e ele voltou com dificuldade pra andar, dor na parte de trás e muito deprimido, quando liguei pra questionar, além de ter sido atendido com muita falta de respeito, ainda fui basicamente chamado de mentiroso quando falei que alguma coisa havia acontecido com ele no estabelecimento.
Gente muito improfissional e desrespeitosa, não levem os seus cachorros para esse lugar.
I left my dog to take a bath and he came back with difficulty walking, pain in the back and very depressed, when I called to question, in addition to being treated with great disrespect, I was still basically called a liar when I said that some thing had happened to him at the establishment.
Very unprofessional and disrespectful people, don't take your dogs to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensacional! Tenho 2 cachorros e sempre os levo para tomar banho e tosar, eles sempre voltam muito cheirosos e adoram ir pra lá. É muito bacana também o serviço de táxi, que os buscam quando não consigo levar. O atendimento é nota 1000 recomendo demais!
Sensational! I have 2 dogs and I always take them to bathe and shave, they always come back very fragrant and love to go there. The taxi service is also very nice, they pick them up when I can't take them. The service is grade 1000, I recommend it too!

para tomar banho neste pet desde o inicio ja achei o atendimento pessimo ninguem tem controle de nada ... Ontem levamos ela para o banho e pedimos que fosse feito uma tosa estilo japonesa .. Gente minha cachorrinha voltou horrivel tosaram ela inteira deixaram ela irreconhecível..tentamos contato com o dono porem nenhum sucesso ..nao indico pra shitsuninguem este petshop pessimo trabalhomuito.mal feito , falta de profissionalismo

Always wonderful, my babies Aurora and Judith are always well taken care of, apart from the affection they have with them. You can see how much they love the profession and do it well. Aurora gets there looking like a dirty rug lol and comes out clean, fragrant and tidy ❤️?
