★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha cachorra começou a frequentar a Doghood em novembro de 2020 e desde então as quintas-feiras da Elsa não são as mesmas de antes.
A doghood foi uma das melhores escolhas que fiz. A adestradora da Elsa me indicou a creche e já adiantou que admirava o trabalho desenvolvido por lá. Eu pude perceber que realmente a doghood é incrível.
A gestão é muito séria e compromissada com o bem estar dos doguinhos que ali estão. Existe uma preocupação com :
O número de cachorros;
A divisão adequada por portes;
Temperamento de cada doguinho;
Atividades que proporcionem a estimulação de comportamentos naturais da espécie.
Quando a Elsa chegou em casa ela tinha medo de homem. E isso também é um diferencial da instituição, só há mulheres compondo a equipe.
As meninas que da equipe são simplesmente tudo para a Elsa. Quando recebo as fotos fica claro o carinho que tratam minha menina.
Não bastando todo cuidado que todas tem durante o período que ela fica na creche, já precisei tirar dúvidas sobre a Elsa fora do período de atendimento e todas muito solícitas me ajudaram com posicionamentos super profissionais.
Eu indico de olhos fechados. Até eu queria ficar lá.
 My dog started attending Doghood in November 2020 and since then Elsa's Thursdays have not been the same as before.
Doghood was one of the best choices I made. Elsa's trainer referred me to the crèche and already said that she admired the work developed there. I could really see that doghood is amazing.
The management is very serious and committed to the well-being of the doguinhos that are there. There is a concern with:
The number of dogs;
The proper division by sizes;
Temperament of each dog;
Activities that provide the stimulation of natural behaviors of the species.
When Elsa got home she was afraid of men. And this is also a differential of the institution, there are only women on the team.
The girls on the team are just everything to Elsa. When I receive the photos, it is clear the affection that my girl is showing.
Not being enough all the care that everyone has during the period she is at the daycare, I have had to ask questions about Elsa outside of the service period and all of them very helpfully helped me with super professional positions.
I indicate with my eyes closed. Even I wanted to stay there.

A hospedagem do Hulk nao poderia ter sido melhor!! Ficamos muito satisfeitos, seguros e felizes em poder confiar em um local tao agradavel, adaptado, com excelentes instalações e com um time extremamente profissional, carinhoso, respeitador e preparado.
Recebemos muitas fotos dele durante a estada e ele estava sempre muito feliz, sendo estimulado adequadamente e convivendo socialmente com aumigos muito fofos.
E para a nossa grata surpresa, ao chegar em casa, o Hulk seguiu evoluindo positivamente com todos os aprendizados e habitos saudaveis que ele adquiriu com a equipe da DogHood!! Foi um sucesso!!

We need to leave our 4 month old Hulkinho puppy for 15 days at DogHood and we are extremely happy and safe with this experience. The Hulk's hosting couldn't have been better !! We were very satisfied, safe and happy to be able to trust such a pleasant place, adapted, with excellent facilities and an extremely professional, caring, respectful and prepared team.
We received many pictures of him during his stay and he was always very happy, being stimulated properly and socializing with very cute friends.
And to our pleasant surprise, upon arriving home, the Hulk continued to evolve positively with all the learnings and healthy habits he acquired with the DogHood team !! It was a success!!
We will definitely use the services again when we need them!

Foram cuidadosos e atenciosos desde o início, com pedido de exame e período de adaptação, visando a segurança e a boa convivência entre o grupo.
Encaminham fotos, vídeos e nos dão notícias ao longo do dia.
O atendimento é excelente, especialmente da Jordana, sempre muito gentil
It was the first time we left Mag in a dog hotel, in these almost 12 years.
They were careful and attentive from the beginning, with a request for examination and an adaptation period, aiming at safety and good coexistence among the group.
They send photos, videos and give us news throughout the day.
The service is excellent, especially from Jordana, always very kind

Em 3 meses, a evolução que notamos na Pipoca é enorme e sou muito grata à Jordana e toda equipe por toda a parceria nesse processo. Ela tá menos ansiosa, tá muito mais confiante e agora já entra abanando o rabo, especialmente pra Lari. Doghood has been one of the most incredible services I've hired in recent times. A business with a very clear purpose and which is strongly committed to guaranteeing a welcoming, safe, clean and very fun space for our pets.
In 3 months, the evolution we noticed at Pipoca is huge and I am very grateful to Jordana and the entire team for the whole partnership in this process. She is less anxious, she is much more confident and now she wags her tail, especially for Lari. When she sees me packing her things for the daycare day, she is all happy. :) All of this, certainly, is a reflection of how comfortable she has been and welcomed by the entire Doghood team. With respect to her time and limits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos procurando uma creche para o nosso Cebolinha e somos muito gratos por termos encontrado a Doghood após uma má experiência em outro local.
A primeira coisa que se destacou foi o cuidado na avaliação e depois na introdução do nosso menino, sempre avaliando qual seria a melhor turminha para o nosso Cebis, nos trazendo a certeza que ele estaria bem em um novo ambiente e que os outros cães também ficariam bem com a sua presença.
Após quase 8 meses de visitas semanais a Doghood o Cebis hoje se aproxima de outros cães sem receio, é participativo e se mantém mais calmo pois agora a sua energia é direcionada para as atividades em que ele participa na creche.
O segundo destaque foi a Jordana (proprietária) e toda a equipe que sempre responderam minhas mensagens e ligações com muita clareza e atenção para que pudéssemos dar esse novo passo tendo todas as informações necessárias, ficando nítido o profissionalismo e o quanto se preocupam com o bem-estar dos cães sempre atentas a qualquer mudança e nos informando tudo.
Se você está preocupado em encontrar um lugar em que seu cachorrinho tenha apoio e muito carinho esse lugar é a Doghood.
We were looking for a crèche for our Chives and we are very grateful that we found the Doghood after a bad experience elsewhere.
The first thing that stood out was the care in the evaluation and then the introduction of our boy, always evaluating which would be the best group for our Cebis, making us sure that he would be fine in a new environment and that the other dogs would be too well with your presence.
After almost 8 months of weekly visits to Doghood, Cebis now approaches other dogs without fear, is participative and remains calmer as his energy is now directed to the activities he participates in at the daycare.
The second highlight was Jordana (owner) and the entire team, who always responded to my messages and calls with great clarity and attention so that we could take this new step with all the necessary information, making clear the professionalism and how much they care about the good -be of the dogs always attentive to any changes and informing us everything.
If you're worried about finding a place where your puppy has support and a lot of affection, this place is Doghood.
