Mas neste momento estou aqui,sentada esperando para levar e estou vendo uma desorganização. O entregador ,está ajudando a caixa e o gerente a servir o galeto e colocar o Chopp. Acho que deveria ter uma organização melhor. Caixa somente caixa, o gerente pode até ajudar,mas na minha opinião deveria ter a pessoa para fazer o galeto, pegar os pratos. Enfim, falta organização.
Hj é a primeira vez que observo,pois qndo sentamos para esperar,acabamos percebendo o pq da demora na entrega.
Já se passaram 10 minutos e a comida da pessoa está em cima da mesa para entregar, pois o entregador está ajudando no balcão.
Ao chegar em casa, a batata estava crua,voltei o gerente pediu desculpas .
I always order the chicken, nothing to complain about the food.
But right now I'm sitting here waiting to be taken away and I'm seeing disorganization. The delivery man is helping the cashier and the manager to serve the chicken and place the draft beer. I think there should be a better organization. Cashier only cashier, the manager can even help, but in my opinion there should be the person to make the chicken, pick up the dishes. Anyway, there is a lack of organization.
Today is the first time I see it, because when we sat down to wait, we ended up realizing the reason for the delay in delivery.
It's been 10 minutes and the person's food is on the table to deliver, as the delivery person is helping at the counter.
When I got home, the potato was raw, I came back and the manager apologized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay grill house specialized on chicken meat and mainly cockerel, but they also serve regular barbecue and grilled pork cuts.
The customer service is very slow and, while the grilled cockerel itself is good, the other foods are not.
There's a Happy Hour promo on Tue/Fri/Sat nights, when you get a second beer for free on your orders from 19 to 23 o'clock.
