★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência pelo primeiro e último pedido na unidade av 09 de Julho/ Jundiai.
Pedimos a pizza agendada para as 20 hrs, e chegou 1 hora depois e simplesmente gelada, tivemos que aquece la no forno e na forma e ainda assim estava horrível, por ser pouquíssimo recheio ela estava seca e esturricada. O Sr Daniel ao atender a reclamação da minha filha ao telefone qdo ligou pelo atraso ele informou q já tinha saído, ela ainda falou se chegasse fria ia ficar decepcionada ele falou q era pra ligar pra ele caso acontecesse isto, infelizmente paguei primeiro, pois se tivesse visto q não estava nada quente a caixa eu nem teria ficado, e qdo retornamos a Domino's para reclamar a atendente Gisele com total descaso falou q tinha muitos pedidos no dia e ninguém mais reclamou q chegou fria. Olha querida eu reclamo e dependendo da situação até volto a comprar, mas tem muiiiiita gente q não faz nada mas tb risca o nome no próximo pedido., e é o que vamos fazer pelo terrível atendimento além da pizza com massa bem ruinzinha e pouco recheio.
 Terrible experience for the first and last order in the av 09 de Julho/ Jundiai unit.
We ordered the pizza scheduled for 20 hrs, and it arrived 1 hour later and simply chilled, we had to heat it in the oven and in the pan and it was still horrible, as it was very little filling it was dry and scorched. Mr Daniel, when answering my daughter's complaint on the phone when he called because he was late, he informed that he had already left, she even said if she got cold she would be disappointed he said to call him if that happened, unfortunately I paid first, because if Had I seen that the box was not at all hot I wouldn't have stayed, and when we returned to Domino's to complain, the attendant Gisele with total disregard said that there were many orders that day and no one else complained that it was cold. Look dear, I complain and depending on the situation I even go back to buy, but there are many people who do nothing but cross out the name in the next order., and that's what we're going to do for the terrible service, besides the pizza with very bad dough and little filling .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto positivo: a pizza estava perfeita, continuem assim. O entregador tbm nota 10. Tive uma experiência ruim qto ao app que deu erro pra mim e a pizzaria recebeu o pedido porém refiz o pedido que apareceu uma tela pedido com êxito. Ligamos pra pizzaria porque na tela do pedido havia um contato no qual ligamos porque estava demorando muitoe a atendente disse que a pizza ja estava processada e não poderia cancelar, meu esposo deu todos argumentos e ela insistiu que ela só processa. Depois que ligamos ainda demorou 50 minutos para chegar senfo que a distancia é de 8 minuots do nosso endereço. Enfim recebi e paguei por uma a pizza a outra não fiquei. Mas dez minutos depois a atendente me chamou de inconsciente e que iria me bloquear no app. O erro foi do app e dela que não foi nenhum pouco educada.
Positive point: the pizza was perfect, keep it up. The delivery guy also grades 10. I had a bad experience with the app that gave me an error and the pizzeria received the order but I remade the order and a successful order screen appeared. We called the pizzeria because on the order screen there was a contact in which we called because it was taking a long time and the attendant said that the pizza was already processed and could not cancel, my husband gave all the arguments and she insisted that she only processes it. After we called, it still took 50 minutes to arrive, since the distance is 8 minutes from our address. Finally I received and paid for one the pizza the other did not stay. But ten minutes later the attendant called me unconscious and that she would block me on the app. It was the app's mistake and she wasn't polite at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ja estive nesta unidade do Domino's a uns dois anos e gostei bastante da experiência, mas desta vez não valeu a pena. Apesar da pizza estar apresentável o sabor não é o mesmo e, após um atendimento sem vida e o cardápio não ser cumprido na cozinha, pois não há nenhuma opção de entrada disponível, o atendimento às mesas sumiu, os pratos ficam no embaixo do balcão para que o cliente retire e devolva... E o preço é o mesmo de quando o atendimento e o restante também tinha qualidade. Vale mais a pena procurar outras pizzarias na região da Rua do Retiro com música boa, vida e ânimo no restaurante.
I've been to this unit at Domino's for about two years and I really enjoyed the experience, but this time it wasn't worth it. Despite the pizza being presentable, the taste is not the same and, after a lifeless service and the menu not being fulfilled in the kitchen, as there is no option of entry available, the service at the tables has disappeared, the dishes are under the counter for for the customer to pick up and return... And the price is the same as when the service and the rest were also of quality. It is worth looking for other pizzerias in the Rua do Retiro region with good music, life and spirit in the restaurant.
