Pedimos um Broto de pizza e veio uma esfiha dinheiro jogado fora! Nunca mais volto nesse lugar caro e péssimo ( e ainda diz que é o maior da América latina) PIADA!. Obrigada
Horrible!! The pizza is even good but the service is terrible, a person only in front has no employees, there is no service the same person who fries potatoes takes dirty money!!
We ordered a pizza bud and there was a waste of money! I will never go back to this expensive and terrible place (and it still says it's the biggest in Latin America) JOKE!. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a moça do caixa foi super grossa...paguei 16,90 na brotinho e veio totalmente mal feita, tinha tamanho de uma esfiha... realmente decepcionada pois já comi várias vzs em outra pizzaria Domino's aqui em Sorocaba e é totalmente diferente. A unidade do shopping está bem ruim...
Terrible service, the cashier was super rude... I paid 16.90 for the brotinho and it came totally wrong, it was the size of an esfiha... really disappointed because I've eaten several times at another Domino's pizzeria here in Sorocaba and it's totally different. The mall unit is pretty bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de Deixar meu elogio a todos os Funcionários, a qualidade do atendimento é inquestionável, o ambiente da pizzaria é agradável , gostoso para sentar com alguém querido e conversar , enquanto se saboreia uma deliciosa pizza ( a de pepperoni é a melhor ) massa levinha , e tempero maravilhoso, a pizza tem um gosto que nenhuma outra pizza tem ?. Amo de paixão esse lugar !! Amo o ambiente, amo o atendimento, amo o sabor da pizza ( quem diz que é cara ou que não tem recheio provavelmente é acostumado com as pizzas de 10 reais) porém quem tem o paladar requintado , sabe que são produtos de primeira qualidade e o sabor é inquestionável ❤️ Minha única reclamação é vocês não terem uma filial na regiao leste ( até mesmo pq é uma regiao de clientes em potencial) e como vocês não entregam aqui toda vez que tenho vontade de comer dominós tenho que ir para zona leste ou campolin e não posso aproveitar o serviço de delivery para comer no conforto do meu lar ? um abraço a todos
I would like to leave my compliments to all the Employees, the quality of service is unquestionable, the atmosphere of the pizzeria is pleasant, nice to sit with someone you love and chat, while enjoying a delicious pizza (pepperoni is the best) light dough, and wonderful seasoning, the pizza tastes like no other pizza has ?. I absolutely love this place!! I love the atmosphere, I love the service, I love the taste of the pizza (those who say it's expensive or that it doesn't have toppings are probably used to pizzas for 10 reais) but those who have a refined palate know that they are top quality products and the flavor is unquestionable ❤️ My only complaint is you don't have a branch in the east region (even because it's a region of potential customers) and since you don't deliver here every time I feel like eating dominoes I have to go to the east side or Campolin and I can't take advantage of the delivery service to eat in the comfort of my home ? a hug to all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De fato a pizza é muito boa, porém como foi minha primeira vez perguntei a atendente sobre os melhores sabores ela dizia que todos eram melhores kkk aí perguntei qual mais saia e ela falou "todos" meu pai deve ter 1 em especial e ela falou que não tinha, escolhi o sabor e perguntei como funcionava o combo, ela perdida chamou outra moça mais seca ainda kkk mas ok faltou um pouco de empatia, atendinento a desejar.
Ao contrário o pizzaiolo muito educado levou a pizza até a mesa. Surpreendeu o sabor da pizza de frango com cream chease, e por isso 5 estrelas mesmo a pessoa não sabendo explicar e atender.
In fact the pizza is very good, but as it was my first time I asked the attendant about the best flavors she said they were all better lol then I asked which one came out more and she said "all" my father must have 1 in particular and she said that I didn't have it, I chose the flavor and asked how the combo worked, she lost, called another even drier girl lol but ok lacked a little empathy, service to be desired.
On the contrary, the very polite pizzaiolo took the pizza to the table. The flavor of the chicken pizza with cream cheese was surprised, and that's why 5 stars even if the person doesn't know how to explain and answer.
